Is MANIPULATION a thing of gender? Do women manipulate more than men? Who manipulate better? Is it ok to manipulate people? Why is this an often practice seen in societies?
There can be many reasons why a person Manipulate:
Just to hurt another person
To cause damage in general
To change election results in politics
To change a measure, a law, a law project
To own a person
To keep a job, to scale in positions
To sell a product, service, or brand no matter what.
Among other reasons.
Manipulation has to do with the will of the person. The precious will Nicolas Sourivongxay has been fighting to preserve and when it is impossible, when the knife crosses the line, it becomes ABUSE.
Will and Abuse are written in most of criminal codes remarking the importance of these two words for human being.
INTERNATIONAL CONVENANT OF CIVIL & POLITICAL RIGHTS
Article 7
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation.
Humans are imperfect so everyone can be a victim of predators.
THE MEDIA
Social Media, Photos, Videos, the Traditional media (News), can be manipulated. Artificial intelligence allows that. Virtual Reality is the manipulation of scenarios.
The change of the perception of reality. Is it affecting the mind of people on how people perceive reality? Let's remember the two main words causing most of the problems worldwide are Misinformation & Disinformation according to World Economic Forum 2024
And the changing of perceptions change the way people manage institutions in every country causing a lot problems of misconception towards a dehumanization process. The Gaslighting is one them.
WILDFIRES
Scientists blame climate change, the climate phenomenons and natural conditions for wildfires. Maybe it is a lighting or many not.
Humans are able to provoke wildfires.
According to Universidad TALCA (Chile) , 99% of wildfires were started by humans.
In Córdoba, Argentina. A man almost provoked a wildfire into the woods. October 2023.
Let's watch some cases in Colombia. Were intentional to start a wildfire? 2024.
Another person in Colombia making fire into the woods. 2024
In Chile, young people captured by the camera starting fire. 2019
The bad situation of Nicolas Sourivongxay. He is still sad and passing struggle.
Music and poetry used to express the points of Nicolas.
Nicolas Sourivongxay is finding a job for office position in the market due to his lack of success in money independently. He is less economically than most of argentinians and than most of people in the world. His life is a disgrace due to other issues of social and political concerns however, let's be focused on his economic with his original Latin song called 'Dinero'
The successful Latin singer Shakira owns many songs of protests due to her influence of Rock music. This is one of her songs about Unemployment, 'Octavo dia'. Nicolas Sourivongxay has been unemployed with no salary since September 2013 so, more than a decade.
The Mexican rock group Molotov appears with this song 'Gimme the Power'
The American Diva Christina Aguilera owns a song about hope. Maybe there's confusion about a love song or not but let's put this song into this game about believing or not in promises of politicians. The song is called, 'Falsas Esperanzas'
The rock band Guns and Roses sing another song protesting for open doors. This is 'Knocking on Heaven's door' . For Nicolas Sourivongxay is like knocking the doors of enterprises and organizations and being rejected at the end. Knocking the doors for a better life.
Shakira once again on stage appears singing a song about corruption for the money, Donde están los ladrones?
The number one Rock song in 2023. Nicolas Sourivongxay with his original song 'Phone Calls Slow' from his EP Rock Album 'Phone Calls Tô Shine'. Let's listen to the song in fast original version. It's about Cyberespionage.
The next song is from Avril Lavigne, a song reflecting the need of someone to be rescued no matter what, a person who needs help, another life. This is, 'I am with You'
The R&B group 'All 4 One' appears with the song of the movie 'The Hunchback of Notre Dame. The movie it's about discrimination, it's about being different. The song is 'Someday'
The song 'Overprotected' related to police persecution over Nicolas Sourivongxay and the dichotomy between security against opportunities.
Once again Nicolas Sourivongxay but with his original song 'Landscape'. All the struggle Jesus passed in his life.
Demi Lovato sings her song 'Anyone' claiming to be heared. The claims of Nicolas Sourivongxay were dismissed before the Justice System and before human rights organizations.
Guns N Roses once again singing 'Welcome to the Jungle' in a version live in Stadium River Plate in Argentina
About Abuse. Not sexual abuse but abuse of authority and other kind of abuse that Nicolas Sourivongxay has been facing against. This is Lady Gaga singing 'Till it happens to You'
This article is focused on the last questioning to social media by The United States' Senate at the Committee on the judiciary. The hearing entitled "Big Tech and the Online Child Sexual Exploitation Crisis". January 31st, 2024
Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg
TikTok CEO Shou Zi Chew
X/Twitter CEO Linda Yaccarino
Snap CEO Evan Spiegel
Discord CEO Jason Citron
Consequently, before the analysis. A remarkable moment of the questioning was when Senator Josh Hawley asked Mark Zuckerberg if he apologized the families of the victims, so Mark stood up and he made the apologize in public.
Senator Josh Hawley told Mark Zuckerberg the following:
"You've done nothing to help them. You've done nothing to compensate them. You've done nothing to put it right. "
In to the bargain, let's remember the original rock song of Nicolas Sourivongxay 'Phone Calls Slow' from his latest EP music album 'Phone Calls To Shine' , when he sings:
"Checking my calls, intervening my calls...This song, I wanna make you hear. It's time I wanna see you here. The worst thing is, you know the truth but, you do nothing, nothing for me.'
On Nicolas Sourivongxay Social Media accounts, he was sharing his concerns about ABUSE. He looks like a young man but he is 40 years old. It's not Sexual Abuse, it's abuse of authorities by mainly police officers, Justice System by dismissing his claims with complicity of security forces adding gaslighting that is another form of Abuse, the government by keeping him poor, the traditional media by hiding his truth, among other abusers.
The sad way Nicolas expresses actively on Social Media has to do with external events out of social media mainly due to Police persecution, unemployment and social mobility. Social media is a place where Nicolas vomits when it is necessary, a place where he makes poop by expressing words, a place to show real evidence and winning legal cases even institutions don't recognize them due to the dehumanization, the changing of perceptions that relies on feelings of injustice and abuse with a big iceberg of awful memories.
The ANALYSIS
The questioning "Big Tech and the Online Child Sexual Exploitation Crisis".
It had to do with the spread of images of nudity of minors
Children Suicides
Child Sex exploitation
Child Sex pornography material
Grooming
Sextortion
Drug trafficking
Bullying
Harassment
Social Media policies
National Security related to international surveillance
Mental Health
One of the senators said 'Yada, Yada, Yada', terms the witnesses didn't know their meaning. That means blah, blah, blah with the intention of saying the Actions speak louder than words..
It's remarkable the lack of commitment of CEO's of the social media involved for Safety Child Social Media. CEO's had serious problems to answer close questions of Yes or No. That shows psychopathy and machiavellianism.
INSTAGRAM/FACEBOOK/META/WHATSAPP
A message on Instagram warning the users it may content sexual abuse, point out the lack of interest in controlling the social media contents.
In one hand, Instagram & Tik Tok said children under age go to private mode but Mark burned himself by saying when some teenagers do amazing things on his social media he considered not fair to ban them. And he said content can't be downloaded when cellphones can take screenshots.
A senator told Mark Zuckerberg, "you have blood on your hands' referring to dozens of child Suicides.
Nicolas Sourivongxay is not a child but when he has been sharing on Instagram, he had bad reactions such as deleting all his photos and starting again months later.
Reasons: His fears for his intelectual rights and the feelings that produces narcissism. There is a limit point at the level of narcissism when Nicolas stops, he thinks it's impossible to reach those narcissist people on that social media, the millionaire people, the successful people, mostly focused on money, the material things then Nicolas creates a lie when Utopia is unreachable resulting in low self-esteem and maybe depression. Also the untouchable people, the lack of empathy, they look talkative and good people when in fact, they result to be people with frozen hearts who manipulate to please them. For those reasons, he left Instagram or stopped sharing many times.
About Instagram tracking. Yes, they track outside the app. Facebook also does that, but it is difficult to get evidence of that. Nicolas Sourivongxay remembers going out to the centre of the city he was living and receiving an ad on Facebook related to the store he visited that day.
A senator seemed to take for granted that Encrypted messages are secure when in fact, it is not guaranteed. Nicolas Sourivongxay repeated that people read his WhatsApp messages and that is Domestic Cyberespionage. Including his own Family, neighbors, everyone can do Cyberespionage of his WhatsApp messages even it is encrypted.
TIKTOK
The reason why Nicolas Sourivongxay is not using TikTok so much is because he realized of videos of politics shared. Mostly, they are for centre left party, and there are many from those who like Reggaeton and Cumbia. Even, Nicolas gets a lot of views everytime he shares a video, more than 500 views per video compared to Instagram that is 0 (zero) views. His purpose is to make money with his music but he understands the rebels in politics are in that TikTok app.
Moreover, when an US Senator claimed TikTok had a kind of relationship with Democrats party, probably he was right.
The CEO of TikTok ( based in Singapore) was accused of sharing data of US citizens to the Chinese Communist party by using a third company whose had employees of the Chinese Communist party.
The question relies on if it is legal to have Chinese enterprises in the USA like companies of the USA were penetrating the Chinese market such as TESLA, Starbucks, among others. It's legal but there is a presumption of data sharing. Elementary data info such as names, IP, address are vulnerable information available for everyone in the world on the internet no matter which social media app is involved.
FAKE Accounts
While Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter ask for money for a mark of account verified, LinkedIn is doing that for free but with some inconvenients. LinkedIn uses PERSONA with facial recognition and Passport NIF only available with WI FI but not with Data internet.
In the case of Twitter, Nicolas Sourivongxay claimed against this Twitter account someone created in January 2024. Nicolas has a Real Official Twitter Account of Nicolas Sourivongxay but the account in the following picture is fake.
Twitter asked for the ID photos of Nicolas Sourivongxay to start a claim. Nicolas did it however, this is the response of the company.
In the case of Facebook, the answer is the same. Fortunately, Nicolas Sourivongxay has absolutely control of his accounts on Facebook having two personal accounts running.
Sadly for the others with problems with fake accounts. Nicolas Sourivongxay helped them by reporting them. Click in every Social Media to find Evidence.
It's about the accountability. Parents are responsible in taking care of their children legally. It's already written in the law.
By the another hand, those tech companies should have been provided a safe service and more knowing children got into their social media and by receiving a massive quantity of claims and dozens of children deaths confirmed.
Governments should have been collaborating enough with education and security protection.

"Checking my calls, intervening my calls...This song, I wanna make you hear. It's time I wanna see you here. The worst thing is, you know the truth but, you do nothing, nothing for me.' Nicolás Sourivongxay
