2) REBUILDING TRUST

The World Economic Forum was subjugated by the message of the UN Secretary, Antonio Guterres about 'Rebuilding Trust'. The basic principles of trust are transparency, coherence and responsibility.

In the Secord and the third day, it was notable how the  business speakers used 'Rebuilding trust' focused only in the benefits of Artificial Intelligence, fortunately world political leaders of organizations such the UN Secretary Antônio Guterres and the European Commission President, Ursula Von DER Leyen put a limit to their speeches.

3) WORDS

According to WEF, the word used for 2023 was 'Polycrisis' that means, 'the simultaneous occurrence of several catastrophic events." . However, the question relies in the new word chosen for 2024, the word 'Permacrisis' that means, "an extended period of instability and insecurity resulting from a series of catastrophic events.

But also he agreed that Disinformation & misinformation could affect his bad situation in Argentina. Let's remember that in March 2023, Nicolas Sourivongxay faced an innecesary questioning at the Justice System in Argentina that was finally dismissed at the end of the month in March 2023..

The United Nations shared this photo that coincidence in period with the decade that Nicolas Sourivongxay had been displaced in a manner. 

He has been claiming his last depending job ended up in September 2013, and he got his Degree at a Private University in December 2013. More than a decade finding a decent job in the market, more than s decade finding a depending job with a salary.. independently, he got an humiliating income for someone with a Degree graduated.

The Convention against Torture and Other Cruel Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment 

The Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment was adopted by the Assembly of the United Nations on December 10th, 1984 and into force on June 26th, 1987

The American States Organization adopted the INTER-AMERICAN CONVENTION TO PREVENT AND PUNISH TORTURE even so, the International Human Rights Committee rejected the claims of Nicolas Sourivongxay considering it just an individual claim with no formalities.

Argentina ratified the Convention against Torture on September 24th, 1986 even so, modern Tortures continue in the society.

When Nicolas Sourivongxay started having his first accounts on Facebook around 2012, his profile photo was from the movie 'Resident Evil' starred by Milla Jovovich. It was about 'Umbrella Corporation'. Along the years, he showed his fanaticism not only to the several movies of 'Resident Evil' but also to the movie 'Ultraviolet' starred by the same actress. Both movies show bio technical issues involving viruses with social consequences. The quarantine, the over protection, and one hero experimented and tortured by leaders of tech companies giving her superpowers to please them for a game.

The quarantine lockdown with severe restrictions started officially in March 2020 in Buenos Aires.

2) Russia invasion into Ukraine. (February 24th, 2022) 

Another war in the worldwide system which invasion by Russia into Ukraine began in February 2022.  Russia, NATO, CIA, Ukraine.

Nicolas Sourivongxay has been a fan of the work in movies of Milla Jovovich born in Kiev, Ukraine.

And Nicolas published so much on social media for 2018 Football Russia World Cup. And he created his original song 'Tu Meteras un Gol'. Nicolas Sourivongxay was denied by argentinian television and by the World Cup organization. 

On YouTube, he uploaded a video with photos. One of the main photo showed 'rain'. The last day of that competition, the world saw the President of Russia giving prizes under the rain. Nicolas Sourivongxay removed the video from YouTube.

Nicolas Sourivongxay called NATO by phone asking for help, asking to intercede to stop the police persecution in Buenos Aires, Argentina even Argentina is not a country associated to NATO. He made a call several times.The last time he called was one or two days before the invasion of Russia into Ukraine. On February 24th, 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine.

3) Hamas strikes Israel (October 7, 2023)

Hamas strikes Israel due to the historical conflict between Palestine and Israel. 

Hamas attacked Israel the same date, Nicolas Sourivongxay released his Christian song, 'Un Paisaje Navideño'. On YouTube, it says it was uploaded on October 19, 2023 but it was released on October 7th, 2023, the same day, Hamas attacked Israel.

Here it is the full song on YouTube. It's about the birth of Jesus Christ who was born in Bethlehem as it said in the bible, the king of Israel.

The solution is to stop his sadness by giving him a decent job with a salary and to increase up his social mobility. The solution is to see him truly happy on Earth.
