CELAC 2023: Latin America & The Caribbean

The Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) is an intergovernmental mechanism for dialogue and political agreement. Its membership includes the thirty-three (33) countries of Latin America and the Caribbean: Antigua y Barbuda, Argentina, Bahamas, Barbados, Belice, Bolivia, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, San Cristóbal y Nieves, Granada, Guatemala, Guyana, Haití, Honduras, Jamaica, Mancomunidad de Dominica, México, Nicaragua, Panamá, Paraguay, Perú, República Dominicana, San Vicente y las Granadinas, Santa Lucía, Surinam, Trinidad y Tobago, Uruguay y Venezuela. 

They made a document called 'Buenos Aires Declaration' concerning 100 points of consensus and 11 special statements in 28 pages on January 24th, 2023 in Argentina.
