Refugees' light shining 💡

The concept Refugee: Refugees are people who have fled war, violence, conflict or persecution and have crossed an international border to find safety in another country.

It doesn't mean to hide, to forbid, when they are already nationalized in the country they arrived with legal papers, they should have the same rights like the other citizens. Let's see some examples.

1) Winner of an Oscar of The Academy for the movie 'Everything Everywhere All at Once'
How many refugees won an Oscar? Check the list: https://www.rescue.org/article/has-refugee-ever-won-oscar

2) The IOC Refugee Olympic Team
3) Albert Einstein fled Nazi Germany because he belonged to a Jewish family.

4) Even so, it depends on the context of the country, ideologies, there are many factors. For some refugees, refugees who got citizen already, or sons of refugees, the process might be not easy due to the complex ideologies found related to politics in the society. Sometimes they think refugees had privileges, some native citizens think refugees have a debt. When it isn't fair for anyone in the vertical system. The police finding if the refugee is a terrorist or not, for example, by doing harassment to drown the refugee. Nationalism of citizens in the country implicit or explicit manifested. Exclusion from Universities or from dependent job market. The combination of Nationalism +Narcisism+Psychopaths to make someone feel inferior, guilty, sinner. Discredit. Victim of cyberespionage to take advantage of the refugee or for other reasons.

The case of Nicolas Sourivongxay is a hard case in Buenos Aires, Argentina as well, and the reasons may be read on this blog.

5) Let's compare it with this claim in #blacklivesmatter protests in 2020. Maybe the father of this man was not a Refugee, however this man, his son, had to continue fighting for his rights.

6) Michelle Yeoh, maybe she was not a Refugee but she is asian descendant. Oscar winner of The Academy for the movie 'Everything Everywhere All at Once'

"For all the little boys and girls who look like me watching tonight, this is a beacon of hope and possibilities. This is proof—dream big—and dreams do come true..."
