Actions speak louder than words

There is a dispute for the ownership of the famous phrase "Actions speak louder than words". Religion sites say the quote is attributed to St. Anthony of Padua in the 1200s without evidence, other people say it was declared by the english puritan clergyman, Thomas Manton in 1693, other say the phrase was published as exactly we know in 1736 in “The Melancholy State of Province,” a collection of letters, an unknown gentleman pens the following,“Actions speak louder than words and are more to be regarded.”, other say it was written by the american writer Mark Twain, and finally many people say the quote was pronounced by the american president Abrahan Lincoln in 1856 for the first time.

The most important thing is to understand that phrase and there were a lot of examples indicated by Nicolas Sourivongxay during the police persecution. Many police officers said in words they were not following Nicolas, but their actions matter. They turned their heads down pretending watching their own cellphones when in fact they were positionated in a specific place to follow the path of Nicolas on the streets.

Let's remember the relevant event when Nicolas argued with the police.

CASE Nr. 1

April 17th, 2022. That day was the first time Nicolas talked to the police officers.

Before the first meet there were many police cars following Nicolas, he went out of a famous american Fast Food one block and a half from there. If you check the dialogue and what Nicolas expressed on his email, at the first meet, you gotta find that a police women officer called him contemptuously "Chino"(Chinese), police cars intimidated him to push him to leave from that corner. Nicolas was sending emails to authorities in that corner. During the dialogue, one of the police officers wanted to know what he was doing in that corner. Why did the police officer want to know that? Is that a cause to suspect of any crime or he was just asking for the purpose of gossiping out of this labors? At the end of the argument, they really wanted Nicolas to move away from that corner, but Nicolas stayed in that place and continued sending emails to authorities. They left the place.  Watch the camera live: https://www.facebook.com/100074240827280/videos/359351546140092 .

Seemed like Police officers agreed to talk to him the same day. It never happened days, months and years before. Nicolas was walking on the street Ramon Santamarina with camera live. A car of the police persecuted him just a few meters from Ramon Santamarina until reaching him before a Kiosko. The Police officer told Nicolas some women claimed he was filming their store so they called 911. That question revealed the Police officer was lying. Here it is last camera live: https://www.facebook.com/100074240827280/videos/517827626733648 . And why would those women call 911 if they had a car of the police in front of their store? . The policeman asked if Nicolas was inside the store when filming, but Nicolas was outside when filming, so that's another lie of the policeman. There were other young people on the streets and they looked like poor and dangerous, they didn't look like Nicolas in appearance, why was the police not persecuting them instead?, Nicolas asked, but the police officer got in shock with that question. And the policeman asked him a kind of male question that only men know the implicit language 'Do you have a problem with the police?', of course, Nicolas answered that question wisely. And her companion policewoman said 'es por su seguridad' (it's for your security), so Nicolas told them that IF HE NEEDED HELP, HE WOULD CALL 911 FOR SECURITY, SO THAT WAS NOT NECESSARY TO SEND HIM THE POLICE WITHOUT HIS CONSENT. Camera live: https://www.facebook.com/100074240827280/videos/470910484825054 . Moreover,  the policeman only considered physical violence as violence, but not psychological violence. They left the place. Check the date April 17th 2022 for more details on the blog: https://justiciapornicolasourivongxay.blogspot.com/2020/06/policia.html

CASE Nr. 2

In this case the police car and the car of the Municipality of Esteban Echeverria parked over one street, camara live: https://www.facebook.com/100074240827280/videos/1850088432002513 . A few minutes later, the two cars followed Nicolas until the street near the train station, so Nicolas asked them if they followed him, however they denied the action, watch the camera live: https://www.facebook.com/100074240827280/videos/596984131767528 .  And in the same stream live video, timeline 4:00 to 4:20, you can see that the car of the Municipality of Esteban Echeverria appeared for the third time. CASE Nr. 3

CASE Nr. 4

And one more remarkable event concerning racial and refugee discrimination occured this month on September 1st, 2022 when Nicolas was at a famous american fast food at the Argentina Ezeiza International Airport. The man in the photo belongs to Migration Sector at the Airtport. There were many seats free in that store even so, he chose a seat in front of Nicolas. When he finished having his coffee, he saw policemen officers dressed in black, and one polce woman with orange jacket trying to order her meal using screen touch. Later, Nicolas went to a famous american coffee store in front of that fast food. Another police woman with orange jacket suddenly appeared and she stayed there watching the fast food while Nicolas asking for his Reward Card in that coffee store. The rest of police officers had gone.

When he left that place, outside, other police officers continued with the harassment.
