REFUGEE STATUS

Seven days in part of the saddest moments in the life of Nicolas Sourivongxay falling down. 

First of all, let's clarify Nicolas is not a Refugee in Argentina. He was born in Avellaneda, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, even so he has been mistreated like a foreign visitor. 

His parents are, but not anymore since they got married in Argentina and they got the nationalization, even so stigmas prevailed through decades and decades, generation by generation.

It's really a hard year for Nicolas, bad events months by months since January 2023 and let's not forget the previous years, but let's focus on this year, so read the articles on this blog 

This is a part of the document issued in Uruguay for Nicolas' request asking for Refugee Condition escaping from Argentina. 

According to the articles of the Human Rights of the United Nations, the article 14 says: 

"Everyone has the right to seek and to enjoy in other countries asylum from persecution. This right may not be invoked in the case of prosecutions genuinely arising from non-political crimes or from acts contrary to the purposes and principles of the United Nations."

The article is clear about Persecution. In the case of Nicolas is about Police persecution due to political ideology in addition to all consequences of the rejection on the society in terns of labour dependent market and education in presence since 2013.

Nicolas fulfill the requirements at 100%.  It includes Justice persecution and inaction.

During these seven days, the intention of Nicolas to restore Justice Values failed when the Court, the maximum authority rejected the claim of Nicolas protecting the Judges' veridics.

Then Nicolas answered the email by saying: 

"Everything went unpunished, it was to be expected. No Argentine psychopath would accept the blame. Economic interests above rectitude and the law." 

Because they are protecting their own jobs in the Justice System by dismissing the fair claims of Nicolas. They don't care about doing justice, to keep their money is more important for them. 

Why Nicolas came back to Argentina? 

Nicolas applied for refugee status, he tried to do the papers but there is a cruel reality concerning the life of Refugees at a first stage. 

What stopped the asylum process in Uruguay was the housing problem. The shelters where Nicolas would have to spend the night were precarious and he would hang out with the destitute people who live on the streets. The economic and social condition was very low compared to the life that Nicolas had in Argentina with income from his father's retirement by family agreement.

However, this not the a bad intention to write trash about Uruguayan government actions. When you arrive in Uruguay requesting Refuge status, the advice on procedures is impeccable, there are people working very well, however, the problem is the housing condition. And this happens in most of the countries in the world, even in the first world, in which they offer tents and containers instead of houses or buildings with roofs and heating.

Nicolas Sourivongxay visited relevant places in Uruguay

If the US Embassy in Argentina wouldn't have rejected Nicolas' ViSA Tourism attempt (June 2023) and VISA Lottery Attempt (May 2023), he would be a Refugee in the USA  at this moment but without problem of housing because he has a contact in the USA. The United States of America is the only one country in the world he could escape without having problems of housing there. The inclusion process would be less complicated due to the contact. 

Unfortunately, Nicolas didn't have any contact like that in Uruguay, so instead of living in a medium class place, he would be turn poor living in refugees houses with poor, destitute people. 

Many people died in the sea reaching Europe, those people had hope and dreams. How important is having a job to solve their economic problems. In the world a lot of people applaud billionaires of tech companies. Two different realities.

Nicolas Sourivongxay has been saying interesting and remarkable things to point out. 

GASLIGHTING

According to the result of the Justice System in March 2023 due to the trial of  The Police and The Justice System involving the French Embassy against Nicolas accusing him of Public Intimidation that finally was dismissed, the feminist psychiatrist said Nicolas said delirious and that he was extremely dangerous.

There were many errors in that trial. The Justice System said that was a Questioning when in fact, that was a trial violating the vices of will called "Fraud". The last words of the psychiatrist fit into the term "Gaslighting". 

The Cambridge Dictionary says that it is a form of Psychological Abuse . It's the action of tricking or controlling someone by making them believe things that are not true, especially by suggesting that they may be mentally ill.

And the dictionary gives this example: Her gaslighting was a deliberate attempt to convince him that he was losing his grasp on reality.

This process was a continuing act of abuse in addition to the acts of abuse from the police that Nicolas has been facing since 2018, 2019, with strong levels in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023.

It was a surprise to know that Legal Figure exists. The difference between cases is, among others, that the case in Brazil involved massive quantity of Brazilians so they got that legal figure successfully. In the case of Nicolas it's just one person, even he tried, everything was dismissed by the Justice System. If there were a massive quantity of people with the same problem Nicolas faced, the international news would say, President Alberto Fernández is a Dictator, and probably the legal figure of Abuse of Power would be applied successfully in Argentina.

In December 2022, the Vice President Cristina Kirchner was condemned by the Justice System due to Corruption.

Meanwhile, Donald Trump in the USA  faced charges of financial fraud found guilty in December 2022 and on March 30th, 2023 he was indicted.

REMARKABLE THOUGHTS

1- As you could see in the last list of photos, the main responsable for the country in Argentina, Alberto Fernández didn't face charges, but the Vicepresidente Cristina Kirchner did. 

2- It's very known that centre right parties faced charges like Donald Trump and Jair Bolsonaro, however the question relies on why Cristina Kirchner from centre left party. 

Like the question why Cristina Kirchner (Centre Left) was almost shot with a gun when in the world the Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe (Centre Right) was killed in 2022, and the President of Haiti, Jovenel Moïse (Centre- Right) was killed in 2021.

3- The common thing between Donald Trump and Cristina Kirchner is the nationalism.

George Floyd was used for politics in 2020 for the presidential election in the United States of America, as a consequence the current President Joe Biden (Centre-left) won. The theme was racial discrimination 'Black Matters' , against the Police, and with an implicit cause of freedom against the quarantine/Pandemic.

The difference is: George Floyd  (Black) was a death body but Nicolas Sourivongxay(Asian descendant) is still alive.

Targeted: Psychology, Youth, and Commercial War

The following list are just rumors without evidence collected and  extracted in the field to show. It about comments in the air from people affecting the reputation of Nicolas Sourivongxay. 

Even there are not facts to collect as evidence, these kind of rumors should be considered to pay attention about because these rumors create behaviors and attitudes in people and if these ones are massively, that's a big problem.

1) Psychology and Disability.

First thoughts in the society to inferiorize, exclude, or discriminate against, is about "Asperger' and 'Autism'.

Many people, including some professional psychologies in the field, don't understand what Asperger means. And famous people in the media has been attributed 'Asperger' to Albert Einstein, Brittney Spears, and to many other famous people just to appear different from the rest for marketing purposes.  

Including not famous people such as some mothers believe their children have Asperger without knowing what Asperger is.

Is Asperger in the list of pseudoscience like Climate Change, COVID-19, UFO's, Aliens, Telepathy, and more?

Sometimes Asperger is close to Autism. When, for example, a singer gets deep notes such as Mariah Carey, they say she has autism, when in fact, she is not.

And in some cases when you get out of control due to the actions of heaters, they would probably say, you have a mental disorder, bipolarity. 

Psychologies found the solution with emotional control, particularly promoted in business as "Emotional Intelligence". 

All of these diagnosis are frequently used to EXCLUDE people or to control them by manipulation.

In the case of Nicolas, rumors were related to a very famous character from Hollywood Movies that was, in that time, played on tv as a serie starred by Freddie Highmore and Vera Farmiga on 'Bates Motel'. Rumors pretending to compare the character behavior with Nicolas' behavior specially due mothers death. The Mother of Nicolas passed away of hemorrhage stroke in 2019. The Character of the serie 'Bates Motel' or the character of the movie "Psycho", killed his own mother. Those fictional characters had 'Asperger' or 'Autism' according to some people.

And one another stigma to target Nicolas Sourivongxay is about 'Disability' when in fact, he has not a disability. This another stigma used to exclude, discriminate, or to control a person by inferiorizing him. And as a kind of "Golden Child", people are watching and expecting to find errors on Nicolas desperately with evil purposes. Every error, as simple as it is, counts for evil people, so they use 'gas lightning', and many other types of comments for that purpose.  

The result of the justice system telling Nicolas said 'delirious' things, and that he was potentially dangerous for the society, also didn't help in cleaning his reputation. It was the Justice System giving the statement against the criminal law concerning CRIMES AGAINST HONOR: Arts. 109 to 117 bis of the Argentine Criminal Code.

2) Youth

Nicolas looks young on social media despite of being 39 years old in 2023 and 29 years old in 2013 when the exclusion started. 

Police officers have the tendency to go against young people, specially rebels and thin like the mind of animals in the jungle, the big one or the strongest one against the weakest one. Probably to please the others by showing they are doing their job. 

Mothers comparing Nicolas with their sons and daughters who are still in high school. 

Appearing Young, sometimes is a weakness or sometimes is a strength, it depends on the purpose.

Nicolas was born like that. Let's read the Bible, so it's history.

Now, due to his defense and claims on social media, when Nicolas uses to make protests and when he expresses himself emotionally, in addition to his Youth, some rumors compare him with a famous character from Hollywood Movies, 'The Orphan". 

3) Harry Potter

This comparison doesn't hurt Nicolas as an Adult. When he was a child, a Nerd with glasses, was a kind of stigma object of bullying at school. 

4) Hiroshima and Commercial War

When Nicolas was promoting his business 'NSComex' on social media, he received indirect comments from people from the United States of America related to Hiroshima. They compared the commercial audacity of Nicolas with the commercial war between The United States of America and Japan that ended up with an Atomic Bomb in Hiroshima. 

These comments appeared on social media from the beginning sporadically since 2015 and before the destruction of NSComex because of the Argentine police in Argentina. 

Also during the Trump Administration in the USA, the propaganda of the commercial war against China affected Nicolas' business and his personal progress. In 2020, due to the blame against Wuhan, China for COVID-19 also affected Nicolas' economically progress and academically progress in Argentina.  

In Argentina, they don't like Nicolas to appear on the media, or to reach the top, due to nationalism. Argentinians don't want Nicolas to attract asian people to America Continent, specially to Argentina.

There is a problem of illegal fishing at the Argentine sea. And they don't want also to attract new refugees.

And let's remember the administration of the current President of the United States (Left party) won the election by using the theme racial discrimination and by going against the police in 2020. Now, compare that with Nicolas'case.

It's also important to inform, the storage of the email account of Nicolas Sourivongxay was full of capacity and it was required to pay for more space to Microsoft. Nicolas did it in April in a very difficult month economically, because he also paid to fix his tooth. And he got also sick with fever, flu.

May and June 2023

In May 2023, Nicolas' attempt for USA VISA Lottery failed. He was rejected. And on June 12, 2023 he was rejected by the USA Embassy in Argentina for his VISA Tourism.

On June 24th, 2023 the candidates for argentine presidential election were selected. 

The bad attitude of argentinians excluding Nicolas from the economic party since 2013 when an employee gets the million in Argentine pesos in four or five months due to inflation, not only was the only one. The exclusion continued at 100% leaving Nicolas apart from organizations from private and public institutions, rejection from the media, and rejection from the list of candidates for presidential election (remember some people believe Nicolas has the power to change important events as a natural influencer, including global important events). The last chance to present candidates, the deadline is on June 24th, 2023. 

The police persecution and "bullying" on the streets against Nicolas never stopped, nonetheless, Nicolas stopped sending evidence to the Justice System due to the last bad event occured  march 2023 as a trial. Nicolas truly understands the abuse of authority, even so, he tries to deal with that by trying not to react in order to not to get involved in the presidential election and with no intention to change the results due to manipulation. 

Even so, argentinians ' attitude is auto destructive. Knowing the bad consequences for the country for attacking Nicolas, argentinians don't stop.

The young neighbors who used to bother Nicolas late at nights with cumbia music and reggaeton music loud and shouting loud stopped doing that after knowing their idol singer went to jail.

Months before, the comparison to another singer was also obvious when an argentine Rock singer related to the media (Clarín, El Trece TV Channel) said he was persecuted by the police and shot by one of them.

Nicolas is a Rock Singer and in that time was also persecuted by the police but due to different intentions.

Remarkable thoughts 

The nationalism in Argentina won, all together putting Nicolas apart from the presidency, from the media, from business, from music industry, from educational system, from justice, and from other sectors in the system.

Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month is celebrated in May in the U.S.

The President Abraham Lincoln issued the Proclamation of emancipation in January 1863.

On June 19, 1865 General Gordon Granger of Texas declared that all slaves were free. It turned a traditional celebration in that state that later it was declared as a national holiday.

"The Cindirella Prince 🤴" Chapter: The Room: ingratitude

Sister RO and Sister SA were plotting. After painting the room that belonged to the King (Sister SA moved the King from that room to another worse room and days later he had a stroke). The prince had painted the room with the extra money that Sister UB had sent him in accordance. After the prince painted the room. Sister RO secretly entered to the castle and sent information to Sister SA. 

One day, Sister SA came to the castle with her youngest daughter. Her youngest daughter went upstairs to confirm what the prince had done. 

Sister RO borrowed brushes to the Prince. Those brushes are still kept by her. 

Days later, the day the Prince was refused entry to another Kingdom, Sister SA desperately called him telling him she wanted to move to the castle because she could not afford the rent. 

One Sunday, on Father's Day, Sister SA moved to the castle. And instead of settling in the room that she had in her childhood, she decided to use the King's room, the one she chose, emptied, the one the prince painted, and which she threw the King out into another worse room (remember that the King now lives in Sister SU's house).

"The Cinderella Prince 🤴"

The fictional story of "The Cinderella Prince 🤴" by Nicolas Sourivongxay 

Characters: 

The Prince

The Queen and the King

Sister SA, sister RO, Sister SU. 

Country: Argentin.

Town: Big Mountain 

Feminist got in jealous again. His sisters in Big Mountain. There is plot between SA and RO against the Prince.

Sister SA is only interested on the heritage but nothing interested in the health of her dad. She got divorced with bad relationship with her ex, bad relationship with her own daughters. She has a boyfriend.

Sister RO it's almost the same, she does nothing for the King. She is only interested on her car. She got divorced. She tried to abandon her own daughters by applying to another kingdom twice. One of her daughters doesn't live with her anymore due to mistreatment, the 2nd daughter. 

One another Prince's sisters, sister SU is involved with left party deeply and with problems with relationship with her daughter.  Sister SU doesn't have a husband. She has a boyfriend.

What's going on with the relationship of mother and daughter nowadays? Responsibility. Narcissism. One of her is extremely sick of narcissism but she convinces other people she is a good person. Her words are opposite to her actions. 

They went against the Queen and against the King for freedom. The Queen and the King were abandoned by the Prince's sisters leaving the care only to the Prince.

Since 2013 the Prince has been living at his parents house. The Queen passed away due to stress, stroke in 2019 and The King got stroke as well in 2019 but he is still alive. The Queen used to care of RO's daughters. The Queen used to be rejected by SU. 

Due to her divorce,  Sister SA went against the King like a psychological effect. She moved the King from one room to another worse. 

The Prince's sisters left the King care to the Prince including during the quarantine in 2020,2021. In 2022, one of his sisters decided to help the Prince with the care, Sister SU. Now, the King is living at Sister SU's house but the Prince is still managing all related to medicine, diapers, administrative papers, home administration, laboratory, other controls. 

During this period of time, the police persecution not only destroyed the business of the Prince but also he received harassment of the police when he went out for medicine, to do errands, to buy diapers, to do the papers, and other types of medical controls. The Prince fought against the harassment from the police in order to keep the King alive. 

The Prince got tired of fighting so much so he wanted to be exiled to another kingdom. He planned to leave almost the 80% of the care of the King to his Sister SU. The Prince would monitor him remotely. His sisters wanted to send the King to a Nursing Home when the Prince leaves the kingdom.

The plan of the evil sisters failed due to the rejection of entry of the Prince to another kingdom. They wanted the Prince to move out in order to sell the Castle. 

However, evil sisters ran another evil plan the same day the Prince was rejected. Sister SA gotta move to the castle 🏰 in a couple of days. 

Let's remember sister SA went against the King as a psychological effect, she had moved the King to another room, a worse one, so days later the king got stroke. She did that because she got divorced from her husband, due to her bad relationship with her ex. She, the narcisist, abandoned her children to live with her new boyfriend. Now she is a feminist activist.

The worst in this story is that there is another evil secret sister living abroad influencing them because she has a big fortune and she lives in a powerful kingdom, Sister UB.

Let's remember the case of SIster SU. She is involved with left party deeply and with problems with relationship with her daughter. Sister SU doesn't have a husband. She has a boyfriend. 

The Queen and the King started a business equal than the business of their sister. The business store was beside her. The idea of that business was created at the beginning by the Prince but executed by the Queen and the King. Later, Sister SU took the idea because she didn't have a job. Then the commercial war started. The Queen and the King did that believing in family business. Finally, the store of the Queen and the King closed forever. Specially when the boyfriend of Sister SU attacked their store with violence. After that, the Queen used to buy food to her sister.

Sister SU used to reject the Queen by sending her a gun and marihuana asking her to hide them for her.  The Queen was full of doubts of moral behavior. The Queen didn't want to loose the contact to her granddaughter. In the past, Sister SU forbid any contact to her daughter. The Queen made a lot of effort to recover her. 

In addition to the care of her another granddaughters, the daughters of Sister RO, the Queen got tired. In addition to the care of the King who got sick of stroke, the Queen was loosing energy. In addition to political presidential transition in 2019 involving family history, economic problems, the debt in food with the store of her Sister SU was accumulated. The Prince was working on his own business in that time not successfully. The Queen passed away, a few days after the presidential election.

The Prince took the power of the Kingdom, and he paid the debt in food to his Sister SU by month until the last cent of money.

Years later, in 2022  The Prince sends the King to her house for the care, monitored by him. 

Sister SU continued committing ilegal acts just for the cause of left party. She believes that every politician is corrupt even the police, and that by bribing them is the solution for continuing commiting illegal act.  Her followers are young people who use to consume alcohol and drugs on the streets and making noises late at nights. She is for abortion and her daughter was sent to another kingdom, a rich one.  And the rest of the sisters have been suspecting she hits the King in secret. It's a plan to move the King to a Nursing Home again.
