To dispel certain rumors concerning the last work in the market of Nicolas Sourivongxay, since the rod towards the Goden Child is too heavy.
Nicolas has a lot of studies, and he likes studying. Jokers, Bullers, Experimenters tried to bother Nicolas for one reason or another like at primary school with Bullying. The great difference with his past is that nowadays they are adults, in adults'world.
Let's remember NSComex, the little store Nicolas created to help children and young people to study finished with his fourth season on January 12th, 2023, the last season only lasted 1 month and 12 days in the market. Nicolas didn't resist the pressure of police persecution.
Maybe people think Nicolas was not available to help children and young people to study.
In the market, educators with a degree teach inside public or private institutions and nowadays, you can also find them on the internet, however, going to houses of parents in person to help children and young people to study is inusual in the market. You can find houses that sells school support classes as well, but Nicolas's job was different because he went house to house, to the houses of clients. There were agreements between Nicolas and the parents of children, they were all identified with ID mandatory to issue an electronic bill provided by the AFIP in Argentina (Like IRS -Internal Revenue Service in the USA).
Teachers, professors only work for hours or for a day, months, weeks but inside institutions. For governments and private institutions extra hours represents cost of money to pay the wage of the Professional. Some children and young people require more attention that educational institutions can't provide.
When teachers and professors at primary school and at secondary school send homework, some students requires the help of their parents. NSComex did not replace the formal school teacher or professor, but replaced the father, mother, or tutor who did not have time or had little knowledge to deal with their children's education.
A Teacher at primary school can teach several subjects in regular labour hours but not all of them. Professors at high school only teach one subject and not everyday from monfay to friday, and just for a few quantity of hours.
Nicolas helped children from Sunday to sunday and with all the subjects including all of them from Primary School and absolutlely all the subjects from Secondary School.
Nicolas got a lot of e-certificates, and he was a really good student, and he had a degree in International Trade, so he could help.
Governments were competing against Nicolas in the market. The Municipality of Esteban Ecehverria by doing the same but for free, organizations of political parties do the same for free, and NGO's.
For COURSES, Nicolas had a Diploma of Instructor legalized in Argentina.

WHERE THE IDEA OF NSCOMEX CAME FROM?
It's about a program created at the Primary School in Buenos Aires in which Nicolas was called "Watcher or Monitor Student", the title was given to the best students in class in elevated educational level. The best student in high school helped children at primary school to study during the class for example in tasks as helping children to learn to write or to learn to read.

The right of privacy has been affected in negative way due to the revolution of technology in these last decades. And something that pays attention in this issue has to do with relationships.
Human Right #12: The Right to Privacy.No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.
Argentine Civil and Commercial Code Art. 52: The human person injured in his personal or family privacy, honor or reputation, image or identity, or that in any way is diminished in his personal dignity, can demand the prevention and repair of the damages suffered, in accordance with the provisions of the Third Book , Title V, Chapter 1
Dating Apps
There are many social medias for dating and as it was already said here, some of them, maybe are being interviened by the police or members of political organizations. Some of them, maybe they are fake profiles, others are just there on an investigation. And it turns more visible on Facebook/Meta where you can find fake profiles.
On dating apps, it is the same, you have to rememeber the photos, the faces in profiles. When you are in, probably the contact really exists and you meet the person, probably not, or probably he/she cancels the appointment when you just arrived.
Fake profiles or people with bad intentions break relationships, it turns untrusted, doubtful, and your hope got broken.
Apps such as Bumble, Tinder, OKCupid, Happn, Match, eHarmony, Dating.com, Badoo, Grind, Hornet and many others, popular apps depending on the location.
PRIVACY
Of course, that affects privacy and some people turns to gossip. Not everyone is open mind, there are conservatives who don't like their privacy to be exposured and that's a right that should be respected.
For my faults, my faults, my great faults.
There is cyberespionage from the "secret society" with implicit agreement, this thing that doesn't appear on famous TV NEWS, Radio or Newspapers but it is a real problem in the field. People who do that, don't feel guilty at all. They think they are protecting someone (the Target), but in fact, they are covering their own sins. Or course, there are many excuses to cyberespionage more than protection, commercial spying, stealing ideas and knowledge, and many other reasons. People who do that, don't feel guilty.
They think "If the majority do that, so I am allowed as well, so there is no law".
And specially people who are not conservative, they get like "crazy" when the target is watching pornography for example. Maybe they think, "I have to cover the target, because the target is watching pornography right now, so I gotta go in front of his/her house or I gotta interrupt his/her internet connection'. And they act like altered monkeys outside your house, they gossip, smile and laugh. Specially men. Sex attracts men and some heterosexual men or not sexually orientation defined men have weird behaviour such as altered behaviour.
Argentine Constitution, Art. 19, "The private actions of men that in no way offend public order and morality, or harm a third party, are only reserved to God, and exempt from the authority of magistrates."
And rumors, fake news, difammation are being invented by evil people.

Nowadays due to technology, the revolution of social media, and the massive influence of the traditional media in methods to pay the attention in marketing issues, this problem about gossiping without evidence that turns into persecution and harassment has been breaking the law and the rules of social harmony. The secret society with superficial cyberespionage and hidden cyberespionage also affect the normal well being in a society, districs, city, community, small groups.
And people copy the attitudes and marketing strategies from people in television. Scandalous, hurting each other, fights, violence, in order to make them relevant. And some people think that's correct when it's not.
Talent is not valuable, what the market wants is valuable. This is the philosophy in the market in general nowadays, and that's sad. And the measurement of popularity in views on Youtube shows this reality. It's not only about quality, there are awful videos, and stupid videos with a lot of views contrary to some people with great talent or great videos with just a few views.
In the previous message about experiments against Nicolas Sourivongxay, it was published about the Stanford Prison Experiment, a psychological experiment conducted in the summer of 1971 to study behaviours at Stanford University.
This person had no idea what he was capable to do in the position as a police officer, he was a passive person, but when he got the power, he turned mean and evil. How do you feel when you have the power to cyberspy behind the back of Nicolas? Some say, it's protection, security, but the police officers turned evil with persecution/harassment/"bullying" ,
In addition to that, the young neightbors turned evil as well, the coughs at the walkside of Nicolas ' house to bother Nicolas at nights or in early mornings.
There are many examples of rumors to share around Nicolas, for example that Nicolas doesn't care of his father who is sick, however Nicolas has a sister taking care of his father, and there is a health company behind with the help of the government health programs. Since April 2019, Nicolas took care of his father with his mother until November 2019 when his mother passed away. After that, the relationship in the family was not ok, so his father went to a medical center of rehabilitation, so Nicolas went out of his house to send medication and he has been always in charge of all administrative papers to deal with health government offices. Let's remember 2020 and 2021, the persecutions, harassment, "bullying" of polce cars in Monte Grande and Luis Guillon (Buenos Aires Province, Argentina), all the evidence, the use of Camera live of Facebook showing clear evidence. Nicolas was saving a life, he didn't deserve that bad treatment on the streets. And when his father was transferred to his home again because there is no solution to his health problem, one of his sisters helped to take care of him together with the health medical assistance company provided by the government.
According to the law, there are parents rights and obligations to take care of their children, but there are also, and this is not very well known in the argentinian's mind, obligations of sons and daughters before their parents. It's about economic help or time help.
Why of the presssure on Nicolas? Is a group of people with police complicity covering and hiding a secret so they damage the image of Nicolas and affecting his mental health?
Argentine Civil and Commercial Code. Article 671.
They are duties of the children:
a) respect their parents;
b) comply with the parents' decisions that are not contrary to their best interests;
c) provide parents with collaboration appropriate to their age and development and take care of them or other ascendants in all life circumstances in which their help is necessary.
The contract of Nicolas, that Nicolas is expensive. Ten years since september 2013 waiting for a dependent job, so time reveals the truth to burn argentinian society.
NSComex his independent job got low income, police persecution, and excess of cyberespinage, nonetheles, there are still argentinians suggesting that Nciolas have to continue independently. Consequently, the ghosts' words saying ' They come to take our jobs"
Rumor: Nicolas goes to Television, another speculation
That's another lie. Nicolas has no success on social media about LIKES and followers, but some people on the streets make him visible.
The same thing, speculation. Indirect messages not only from famous argentinian people but also from international famous people. Sometimes they showed live ads (non-traditional advertising) when Nicolas put a TV channel at home. Even asking for the word, Nicolas never appeared on TV because he is not considered relevant. Nicolas only wanted a job. Nicolas fights for a job. And he wanted to come back to be a dependent worker as before because as an indepentent worker he was not sucessfull.
Ten years have passed so, time reveals the truth to burn argentinian society.

Art.141. It will be punished with imprisonment or imprisonment from six months to three years; who illegally deprives another of his personal liberty.
Art.142.
Paragraph 1. If the act is committed with violence or threats or for religious or revenge purposes.

Paragraph 3 is due to the neck pain suffered by Nicolas due to psychological pressure when he walks on the streets because he must be in alert in case a police patrol car catches him, and due to the sustained persecution over time when he walked to and from his clients' houses in NSComex, his personal business. Nicolas left the market with NSComex in December 2021.
Paragraph 4 is because in the complaints made by Nicolas Sourivongxay, uniformed people without police identification appeared but they acted as security agents in the process of harassment during the journey of his departure, finding them on the streets or on public transport.
Article 142 bis. Let's remember that Nicolas only has social networks to express the violations of his rights. The traditional media, press, television and radio, never gave him a voice for his defense.

The concealment also causes Nicolas not to obtain the monetary benefits of social networks and internet platforms.
