Education Under The Magnifying Glass

To dispel certain rumors concerning the last work in the market of Nicolas Sourivongxay, since the rod towards the Goden Child is too heavy.

Nicolas has a lot of studies, and he likes studying. Jokers, Bullers, Experimenters tried to bother Nicolas for one reason or another like at primary school with Bullying. The great difference with his past is that nowadays they are adults, in adults'world.

Let's remember NSComex, the little store Nicolas created to help children and young people to study finished with his fourth season on January 12th, 2023, the last season only lasted 1 month and 12 days in the market. Nicolas didn't resist the pressure of police persecution.

Maybe people think Nicolas was not available to help children and young people to study.

In the market, educators with a degree teach inside public or private institutions and nowadays, you can also find them on the internet, however, going to houses of parents in person to help children and young people to study is inusual in the market. You can find houses that sells school support classes as well, but Nicolas's job was different because he went house to house, to the houses of clients. There were agreements between Nicolas and the parents of children, they were all identified with ID mandatory to issue an electronic bill provided by the AFIP in Argentina (Like IRS -Internal Revenue Service in the USA).

Teachers, professors only work for hours or for a day, months, weeks but inside institutions. For governments and private institutions extra hours represents cost of money to pay the wage of the Professional. Some children and young people require more attention that educational institutions can't provide.

When teachers and professors at primary school and at secondary school send homework, some students requires the help of their parents. NSComex did not replace the formal school teacher or professor, but replaced the father, mother, or tutor who did not have time or had little knowledge to deal with their children's education.

A Teacher at primary school can teach several subjects in regular labour hours but not all of them. Professors at high school only teach one subject and not everyday from monfay to friday, and just for a few quantity of hours.

Nicolas helped children from Sunday to sunday and with all the subjects including all of them from Primary School and absolutlely all the subjects from Secondary School.

Nicolas got a lot of e-certificates, and he was a really good student, and he had a degree in International Trade, so he could help.

Governments were competing against Nicolas in the market. The Municipality of Esteban Ecehverria by doing the same but for free, organizations of political parties do the same for free, and NGO's.

For COURSES, Nicolas had a Diploma of Instructor legalized in Argentina.

WHERE THE IDEA OF NSCOMEX CAME FROM?

It's about a program created at the Primary School in Buenos Aires in which Nicolas was called "Watcher or Monitor Student", the title was given to the best students in class in elevated educational level. The best student in high school helped children at primary school to study during the class for example in tasks as helping children to learn to write or to learn to read.

The Freedom Market of NSComex II

Let's start analysing what happened with NSComex. Once again the reasong why the 4th season didn't last too much time was because of Police persecution like the reason why Nicolas Sourivongxay left he market in the 3rd season. Nicolas didn't resist the pressure the police did against him by bullying and harassment.

Everything is said and done on his social media accounts already, so this would be easy to analyse. The period of time showed is the legal period, that means with all legal requirements in the market.

1st season: in June 2017 he left the market due a trademark attempt for his brand Yooloper when he was trying to develop that brand in the industry of clothes, mainly scarves and handkerchiefs. Nicolas didn't have enough money to fight for it against Topper from the company Alpargatas. The INPI (Instituto Nacional de la Propiedad Intelectual) was also at fault in the decision, so Nicolas withdrawed his project from the market and also he left it with NSComex.

2nd season: It was due to the quarantine due to Pandemic Covid-19. The restrictions not only affected the store of Nicolas, but also other stores in the market. In September 2020, Nicolas left the market because he had almost nothing of sales. He used to go to the houses of clients to teach children and young students.

3rd season: In December 2021 Nicolas said goodbye to the market upset and tired of the police persecution, the harassment, and bullying of security forces, in addition to the claim of low income, and excess of cyberespionage. Nicolas took the decision when he experienced bad moments in his last vacation at the coast in Buenos Aires, in Mar del Plata. It was supposed to be his vacation. That was paid by him and part by using the government program called Previaje. Previaje paid 50% of the bills.

The bad events in Mar del Plata during his holydays was, overall, the last straw for the decision of leaving the market.

4th season: Nicolas once again in the market tried with NSComex in december 2022. Nicolas did a great effort in Markeing strategy by improving his service and by launching his first original Christmas song called 'A Christmas Landscape' locally and internationally in the music market. The image that security forces left to NSComex was bad. Clients were afraid of hiring Nicolas to give classes in their houses due to the fear of police persecution on the streets, and some others think Nicolas was a thief. Nicolas was trying to recover the market and the sales were appearing slowly, it was a matter of time, however, the police persecured him while Nicolas was protesting for a depending job in the market. With NSComex, Nicolas never reached the basic minimun salary, so he was less economically than the other professionals in his category since 2013. This time, leaving NSComex, not having a job, dependently or independently, affected his quatity of years for retirement payment in the futire.

About Potenciar Trabajo Government Program, Nicolas Sourivongxay's application was rejected without argument and he was told that there were no more registrations. He never got access to that type of basic complementary salary for people who are at risk or in a state of social vulnerability or who work in some activity of the Popular Economy.

THE ARGENTINE PENAL CODE RELATED TO BUSINESS DAMAGE

CRIMES AGAINST FREEDOM: Arts. 140 to 161

Art.141. It will be punished with imprisonment or imprisonment from six months to three years; who illegally deprives another of his personal liberty.

Art.142.

Paragraph 1. If the act is committed with violence or threats or for religious or revenge purposes.

Paragraph 2. If the act is committed in the person of an ascendant, a sibling, a spouse or another individual to whom particular respect is due

Paragraph 3. If there is serious damage to the person, health or business of the offended party, provided that the act does not matter another crime for which the law imposes a greater penalty.

Paragraph 3 is due to the neck pain suffered by Nicolas due to psychological pressure when he walks on the streets because he must be in alert in case a police patrol car catches him, and due to the sustained persecution over time when he walked to and from his clients' houses in NSComex, his personal business. Nicolas left the market with NSComex in December 2021.

Paragraph 4 is because in the complaints made by Nicolas Sourivongxay, uniformed people without police identification appeared but they acted as security agents in the process of harassment during the journey of his departure, finding them on the streets or on public transport.

The Necessary Evil

Let's remember what happened with Nicolas Sourivongxay about the word FIADO, the Concept of Justice, and the Salomon Ash Experiment.

It's time to confess that during the three seasons of NSComex, the independent job Nicolas created for his own, never lost money in sells ad honorem, but only in just one case. And it was in season #2 of the little store when a desperated mother knocked the door of Nicolas Sourivongxay asking for help to teach his son with tears in her eyes. She was one of the first clients in the first two seasons, but she got problems with money, so he had to resign to receive money just from one class because that mother disappeared with his son from the neighborhood, so Nicolas didn't see her in the #3 Season of NSComex. She pressured her son so much, she wanted her son to learn everything in just one hour before the exam, so that was impossible and Nicolas tried to do his best with his student, so the student finally passed the exams at school. She was the only one case in NSComex business history.

In Argentina there is a word called 'FIADO', it is a promise of payment clients do to the vendor -mostly in a week or maybe in a month- without a written contract, just by word. This is a risk for sellers. It happens mostly in supermarkets, or other small markets.

Nicolas remembers the year 2020 when people suddently appeared at the supermarkets cashier sector just to watch if Nicolas paid or not, and some people outside the supermarkets waiting for him by checking if something wrong happened at the exit. There was a restrictive quarantine during 2020 and Nicolas went out to the pharma to buy medicine at the centre of his city, sometimes he went to restaurants to have a coffee when government policies allowed that, the same thing, people waiting for him at the exit, they were just checking if something occured there, probably checking if Nicolas had problems with money or not. In supermarkets also ocurred in 2021 and sometimes in 2022. Nicolas never asked for FIADO in his life.

Nicolas realized that he was not at fault. There were people asking for 'FIADO' at the supermarkets. In one of the supermarkets that closed this year, Nicolas saw a woman saying 'Hey, I buy this, I will pay you this later by a fintech app (MercadoPago), bye!'. Maybe that was one cause that chinese supermarket left the market.

When a person is really desperated, specially in this category 'Food', sometimes vendors do this kind of sacrifice to keep the business up.

Let's remember in 2019, Nicolas' family, mother, father and him had to ask for 'FIADO' to a store that the owner was Nicolas' sister. Nicolas didn't manage the money of the house and he had not full control of the house, either. Many people thought like that, that Nicolas had the control. His mother passed away, so Nicolas got control of the house and as a good administrator, he paid all the food debt (FIADO).

He is a very good administrator. And after saying that, some people will get probably bad behaviour and maybe they gotta ruin the life of Nicolas in order to put Nicolas at their level. Very common behaviour of some evil groups in Buenos Aires.

People treated Nicolas as a thief, police officers all over the places persecuting him on the streets, bullying him, doing harassment, and sometimes inside restaurants. Nicolas' mind control, he remembers, and the police officers used that to bully him on the streets, that's why of the precision of the time of events written on emails sent to other authorites claiming to stop them and for justice. They never took into consideration to calm Nicolas' mental health, they were police criminals, and not only police officers, there were other security officers in complicity with the civil society. It was like bullying the nerdy guy at the school as well.

Concept of Justice #6 : The Mirror, when the victim is guilty but the guilty is innocent. Nicolas is the victim and some people say he is guilty, but, in fact those people are really guilty but Nicolas is innocent.

One question to think about the behaviour of the majority in the population. Has the person not following the others Syndrome of Asperger? Just for telling the true? Does he have to live with that stigma so organizations reject him not allowing him to get into the job market, not having money like the others? What does Asperger mean to you? Do you really know what Asperger is?

When Education is not enough....

After searching for information about the situation of universities trying to be focused on the problems of Nicolas Sourivongxay, the internet is full of news about racial concerns but most of all about other politics issues such as LGBT or Pandemic Covid-19 topics ending up at discussions or at the court.

Nicolas got a degree in International Trade in December 2013 at private university 'Universidad John F. Kennedy' without a debt because he worked in private sector to pay for his dues. The most important thing for him was to get that degree for a better future, to upgrade his path in life. Duration of the degree 2005-2013.

The transition from the government of Cristina Kirchner (Centre-left party) to the presidency of Mauricio Macri (Centre-right party) was happening and Nicolas was chosen for a change.

After getting the degree he continued studying. He tried to take a course of one year called Business Administration at a private institute in Palermo, Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, but things occured there that he just studied there for just one month. The thought of Nicolas was different, there was difference between him, a graduate, with the beginners, even so, he felt mistreated. He dropped out.

He tried to take free classes offered by the government of Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, and he got a certificate about Development and Export of Franchises. His companions were professionals in other categories and owners of companies. Nicolas was the only one with a degree in International Trade in the course dictated at a private university 'Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales' in 2014. After finishing the course succesfully, he saw job offers from his companions at a job search website 'Zonajobs.com' however, after sending his resume, noone hired him.

That was the boom of the phenomeno of start ups and social media affecting socially, economically and politically the societies in the world. And Nicolas was perfect to use like a "rat" in a laboratory.

Nicolas created NSComex in 2015 by writting books, creating music, and giving classes (NSComex was destroyed later by police officers who persecuted him, excess of cyberespionage, and lower income taking place in his location in December 2021), and he created Yooloper that was destroyed in 2018 by the INPI (Instituto Nacional de la Propiedad Intelectual) and by Topper owned by Alpargatas that was consequently bought by a millionaire brazilian from the mormon church.

In 2015 he continued studying while finding a job. He finished a virtual paid course of SAP System.

In 2016 he tried to get a degree of 'University Teaching Pedagogy' at Universidad Abierta Interamericana, a private university, but he disagreed with the concepts internally and he saw movements of people inside, there were energy outages, and outside there were also people like waiting for him at the hall of the train station Constitucion like saying 'aprendiste?', they were men and looked like poor or humble with a kind of resentment feelings. He dropped out in a month. From there on, he got sick in bed for 2 weeks, then he went on vacation to Mar del Plata. He launched to the market his book 'Memories of a Small Man', an e-book with his writings on Instagram.

Nicolas told the university prefect after a class at an auditorium he had problems to breath in that place and that the speaker was sending him indirect messages about for example 'Hiroshima' something that Nicolas posted in his private facebook account before that class. After dropping out that university, people created the rumor that Nicolas hated crowded places because he couldn't breath well, so that was one reason for not to come back to study or to work at an office in a private organization. For one reason or another, Nicolas suspected the information reached the United States of America, but he was just presumming.

Nicolas didn't breath well due to his mind not prepared for the overwhelmed events he was being drowned, not because of crowded places.

During that time, he remembered when TV, Radio, sent him indirect messages. One of the messages related to the dropped out of the last university was the presence of the current President of the Supreme Court in Argetnina, Horacio Rossati at the table of the tv program 'La Noche de Mirtha Legrand'. He remembered an student sponsored by him saying that the student finished his studies in record time. Maybe to cover Nicolas, like the professors at the university did, lower marks for him but not for some women.

In the media, Nicolas felt like the phrase "se autodiscrimina" came from the leader Cristina Kirchner so her followers repeated that phrase in the field.

In 2018, he took a course in Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires about dangerous goods in air transportation that he finished it sucessfully.

In 2019, he came back to the a Public University 'Universidad de Lomas de Zamora' that he started in 2008 to get a degree in Accountability. Even having weird events again at the university, he completed courses successfully in that year. Events like lower marks than his companions even Nicolas was the best student because his companions (male/female) got burned when speaking, professors preference of women in marks, professors solving the exams of students almost reaching time out giving them advantage from the rest of the students, some watching him secretly at a restaurant outside the university, poor people interrupting the class asking for money, a message for not taking drugs at the bus stop where Nicolas used to take the bus in Monte Grande (Cementerio 1), deviation coming from professors instructions making the evaluation unfair, and one significant message "The only way to be someone in life is doing business. College only prepares you to be an employe" This message was new written on the door of the bathroom, the message was for Nicolas because he used to choose the last door at the bathroom. When Nicolas posted that on social media, the university painted all doors to cover the evidence.

2019 was a hard year. That was the presidency of Mauricio Macri and people from left party and peronistas didn't like him so much due to his political ideology of centre-right orientation. In adittion, the transition for the next goverment affected the family of Nicolas drastically and deadly, the transition of Mauricio Macri (Centre-right party) to Alberto Fernandez (Centre-left party). The telephone line 'Telefonica de Argentina' didn't stop ringing with propaganda, and sometimes with unexisting debts to pay, the store of that telecomunication company got a final end in Monte Grande in front of the train station, they moved forever. Nicolas changed the Telephone line company to Telecentro SA around december 2019 because when Nicolas called 911 and 907 for an ambulance in november he reached to talk to someone asking fot that but when he tried again while waiting for the ambulance the comunication was cutted, muted, no sound, nothing. The ambulance never arrived that night around 2pm. The telephone line remained with no sound at all untill Nicolas finished the contract.

With a new president already 'Alberto Fernandez', in february 2020 Nicolas continued studying with the same challenging problems and finished the course at the same unversity sucessfully.

Next to that, he went on vacaction, his first vacation with NSComex (his little company) when the Covid-19 pandemic was starting. And when he came back home, the extreme shut down was implemented in the whole country.

Nicolas was still with pain and fighting against the outages and the cut of the internet connection. During early 2020 he took virtual classes at that public university. After the first class he took on Zoom, someone cut the power to his house for one second. Nicolas was threatened. When Nicolas rejected a client on Whatsapp, an outage ocurred for just one second as well.

The cutting of the internet connection was frequently. Nicolas used Twitter to express what was happening in real time. He suspected professors also knew about the outages. The screen class on zoom were blury when the main professor was giving the class. Nicolas tried to tweet in real time to show evidence because that was not easy to show evidence of the outages like that and the cyberespionge. Nicolas was a good student, and even he was not in the first classes, he tried to learned the content from suggested videos on the internet and from the papers he had from another university he attended before. It was a real surprise hearing from the professor that her students finished the virtual exam faster than Nicolas and that they got the highest marks, but not Nicolas.

In the second exam, Nicolas asked the professor to take the exam but the professor rejected him. Nicolas vomited words in his defense, so he got blocked from Classroom. Following, the university blocked his personal account of the Student Portal. Consequently, the university called him for a virtual meeting that Nicolas rejected because he felt devastated, he never experienced moments like that moreover specially in a pandemic historical moment, so due to the rejection of Nicolas to talk about that, the univesity sent him a letter of an academic saction for two years due to his behaviour signed by Mr. Bongiorno. That was around early August 2020. Nicolas decided to never come back to study in that public university anymore.

Afterwards, the quantity of outages were considerably declining.

Of course, subsequently, rumors affected his little store NSComex in which he was helping children in mathematics.

On NSComex, Nicolas never helped his clients in Exams. He rejected them when his clients asked him to stay with them in exam times. Nicolas helped them with their homework but never with their exams.

Maybe the excess of homework during the pandemic pushed students to cheat on exams. Maybe people were thinking of the end their days, maybe....

Here it is what Nicolas also saw in education by creating a video called 'Real Education Performance during Quarantine'

Speedly, after Nicolas dropped out the University during the restrictive quarantine in 2020, he took courses on the internet. The courses from important and very famous insititutions in the world. Nicolas started his collection of official certificates reaching a worldwide record. Nowadays, he got 240 official cettificates from the world only during the period of Covid-19/Delta/Omicron/Monkepox. (March 2020 until September 2022). Even so, Nicolas didn't get a formal job in the labour market of dependent jobs yet. In September 2022 he reached a decade of exclusion and economic disadvantage compared with the rest in his category according to his resume/portfolio. Many people who didn't even get a degree at university are getting much more money than Nicolas in his country. And the inflation increased the salary gap and the inequality in terms of income gap.

In 2022, he tried to come back to university by choosen other two public universities however, the first day of class, Februaty 14th, he was persecuted by the police. A police car was waiting for him at the entrance of the Universidad Provincial de Ezeiza and when he just arrived, the car left the place. That day he spent so much money in transportation escaping from the police. He tried with another university the same day, Universidad de Avellaneda. He arrived to have a coffee at the corner of Argentina Congress, then he came back home. Nicolas couldn't take any course, in person or virtually, he had dropped out the universities from that day on.

Presently, It's not easy to get over from those traumatic events and enrolling at university again is laborious.

What happened at Christmas and New Year's festivity in Buenos Aires 2021?

There were many events when Nicolas Sourivongxay was discriminated in Buenos Aires in two jurisdictions, Buenos Aires Province and Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires. We all know, Nicolas lives in Monte Grande, Buenos Aires Province. The scope of such police action remains to be determined since the cities involved are: Monte Grande, Canning, Luis Guillon, Ezeiza, Ezeiza International Airport, Lavallol, Temperley, Lomas de Zamora, Banfield, Lanus, Avellaneda, Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires, and Mar del Plata.

The distance from Mar del Plata City to Monte Grande City is around 414.4 km (257 miles) via Autovia 2/RP2.

He went to Mar del Plata twice alone. His first vacation paid with NSComex's income (his little store) was in 2020 before the quarantine. It was the beginning of Covid-19 and the racial discrimination was focused on chinese people and the President Donald Trump was spreading the word loudly. Nicolas had to wear sunglasses on the streets to avoid some comments from young women, young men, and old women concerning that issue. Fortunately, the police didn't persecute him during his first vacation alone in that year.

BUT IN 2021...

His last vacation was in there during christmas time and according to his social media, Nicolas was persecuted by the police in that place when walking on the streets and inside a Shopping Mall. Other young people were not being persecuted nonetheless, Nicolas was the only one persecuted by the police on the streets. People sent him security in restaurants.

Let's remember the insanity behaviour of the people by checking if he paid or not to the cashier at supermarkets or at pharmas near his home in Monte Grande and Luis Guillon since the restrictive quarantine in 2020 according to Nicolas words shared on his streamming videos on Youtube and on Meta.

Ongoing in Mar del Plata, in compliance with his blog, the claim started on December 23th, 2021 and they never stopped bothering Nicolas. They continued with surveillance and harassment on the following days until December 28th, 2021, that means, this included Christmas day.

The vacation was paid with his savings gained legally at his small business NSComex and with the help of the National Government Program "Previaje" that gave him 50% paid off.

For Nicolas Sourivongxay, one of the worst days was on December 27th, 2021 when police officers intimidated him by appearing at the Balneario San Sebastian seating on chairs after he arrived there.

He went there three times due to the peaceful and calmed place, however that was interrupted by the police on the last visit. Nicolas recorded videos like this at the beach by using an app and he was listening to music, mostly Mariah Carey 's soft songs while cnmtemplating the sea.

And one another wost day was on December 28th, 2021. His last day in Mar del Plata when he was going to come back home. The level of police harassment was strong and it was remarkable with clear evidence taken by the camera in photos and camera live by Meta. Nicolas was not in danger. The stream live showed people were not hurting him at all, but only the police were around him doing persistently harassment.

That was his last vacation and he said he didn't enjoy his stay in Mar del Plata. He was taking a holyday, a time to pause from his problems, but the police persecuted him far from his house, they ruined his vacation, He couldn't relax, his brain was not pacified. He carried bad memories from that place.

When he arrived home, in Monte Grande city, he took the decision to leave the market with his little store NSComex because of police persecution that never stopped affecting his emotions, his work in the field, his freedom, his individual rights. So, since december 2021, Nicolas hasn't gotten a formal job yet.

In that Resume you'll find a kind of job called 'Managment and Custom Practice' in 2022 but that was just an informal job, not usual, not remunerative agreed between the parties involved.

The police never stopped the persecution and harassment until these last days, even when he left the market with NSComex formally/legally in December 2021 and he announced that on January 12th, 2022.

On New Year's eve, Nicolas gave notice of the Worldwide Fireworks Competition at Nina Andromeda Galaxy Milkyway celebrated since 2018. The argentinians cut his internet connection of his house since December 30th, 2021. Nicolas was fighting back against the internet provider 'Telecentro SA' until January 6th, 2022

For Nicolas, the income getting from NSComex was not enough and he had economic disadvantage compared with his colleagues with a degree gained at university and according to his full portfolio. Nicolas is still thinking he deserved a better vacation that should be upgraded if he found a job with a better income.

By reading this article, the questions unsolved are still 'Why do people check if Nicolas pay or not at stores? Why is still the police around him? Why do the government send him their local police? Why is he treated like a thief when the real thieves have freedom? when do the people smoking or taking drugs are having freedom but not him? If he writes like a crazy boy on Twitter paying the attention of politicians who have power of decision, why is Nicolas not still changing his life economically for better since 2013?

Nicolas use to have a coffee in restaurants trying to find a cozy place to reflect and to enjoy, but the police ruin the moment before and after. Why all these years? 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022?
