To dispel certain rumors concerning the last work in the market of Nicolas Sourivongxay, since the rod towards the Goden Child is too heavy.

Nicolas has a lot of studies, and he likes studying. Jokers, Bullers, Experimenters tried to bother Nicolas for one reason or another like at primary school with Bullying. The great difference with his past is that nowadays they are adults, in adults'world.

Let's remember NSComex, the little store Nicolas created to help children and young people to study finished with his fourth season on January 12th, 2023, the last season only lasted 1 month and 12 days in the market. Nicolas didn't resist the pressure of police persecution.

Maybe people think Nicolas was not available to help children and young people to study. 

In the market, educators with a degree teach inside public or private institutions and nowadays, you can also find them on the internet, however, going to houses of parents in person to help children and young people to study is inusual in the market. You can find houses that sells school support classes as well, but Nicolas's job was different because he went house to house, to the houses of clients. There were agreements between Nicolas and the parents of children, they were all identified with ID mandatory to issue an electronic bill provided by the AFIP in Argentina (Like IRS -Internal Revenue Service in the USA). 

Teachers, professors only work for hours or for a day, months, weeks but inside institutions. For governments and private institutions extra hours represents cost of money to pay the wage of the Professional. Some children and young people require more attention that educational institutions can't provide. 

When teachers and professors at primary school and at secondary school send homework, some students requires the help of their parents. NSComex did not replace the formal school teacher or professor, but replaced the father, mother, or tutor who did not have time or had little knowledge to deal with their children's education.

A Teacher at primary school can teach several subjects in regular labour hours but not all of them. Professors at high school only teach one subject and not everyday from monfay to friday, and just for a few quantity of hours.

Nicolas helped children from Sunday to sunday and with all the subjects including all of them from Primary School and absolutlely all the subjects from Secondary School.    

Nicolas got a lot of e-certificates, and he was a really good student, and he had a degree in International Trade, so he could help. 

Governments were competing against Nicolas in the market. The Municipality of Esteban Ecehverria by doing the same but for free, organizations of political parties do the same for free, and NGO's. 

For COURSES, Nicolas had a Diploma of Instructor legalized in Argentina.

WHERE THE IDEA OF NSCOMEX CAME FROM?

It's about a program created at the Primary School in Buenos Aires in which Nicolas was called "Watcher or Monitor Student", the title was given to the best students in class in elevated educational level. The best student in high school helped children at primary school to study during the class for example in tasks as helping children to learn to write or to learn to read.

Transition 2023 (Part 3) Economy, Electricity, Water

With the highest inflation rate of 94.8% in 2022 according to INDEC (National Institute of Statistics and Census of Argentina) the argentinian presidential transition has been turning hard in January 2023. (General elections are scheduled to be held in Argentina on 22 October 2023)

The worst performance during pandemic and the worst inflation rate considering G20 Countries Ranking. Nicolas Souriongxay is still finding a depending job since 2013, this chart shows  how the evil people argentinian treat him. 

The main image of this video, at a glance, shows the worst performance of Argentina during 2020, during the pandemic restrictions performance. Argentinians, probably, are proud of the recovering in 2021, but people got pain in 2020, there was damage, and there were events, things, lives that couldn't be recovered with just money. That's why it is considered the worst performance for Argentina followed by The UK.

To win the election, they attacked services. The worst one was EDESUR, the public company that provides energy to houses. They increased the prices of bills by purpose and with a high inflation they did so much damage and provoked deaths.

Before the election day that was in November 2019, Nicolas received an electricity anormal bill in August of $8000 (Argentine pesos), the previous bills were around $850 (Argentine pesos). Later, another one was received that made a total bill of $12,000 (Argentina Pesos) to pay. Nicolas and his mother were fighting until the end with no external help, they only recieved external pressure including from family pressure. Nicolas was teaching children so he paid part of the bill. His father was sick and consumed so much money and attention. And Nicolas and his mother experienced the feeling of private invasion, professionals in medicine visiting his house to see his father. That  private invasion was necessary to keep his father alive.

After that, the increasing quantity of electricity outages decreased considerably, and the segmentation of prices was applied. 

Nicolas Sourivongxay argued outages is a political activity to hurt people. Nicolas says the industry of renewable energy got increased and that was the key to stop outages. Any other outages are considered political activity of destruction of the society, group of people, or a person targeted.

This year, the problem was not the bill of electricity, it was a problem with water. For the first time, the water from a well motor did not rise, however, the neighbors filled their tanks with water and they overflowed.

Nicolas asked the Municipality of Esteban Echeverria and Aysa ( The Company in charge of Water) for help, who did not help.

Nicolas had to ask for outside help to resolve the water situation, he received the help of his sisters. Money was spent that did not come from Nicolas's father's retirement. The situation was terrible due to water is vital for life. Water it's the most important service more than electricity ( that is also connected because you need electricity to take water from subterranean area). 

Of course, the ineffectiveness, inaction, negligence, and abandonment by Aysa and the Municipality of Esteban Echeverria, should be classified as a criminal offense that threatens life.

Claim for a job

He shared his visits to the United Nations' office and to the International Labout Organizations' office in Buenos Aires. A photo for UN#75 for his dignity. And the current GDP Growth of Argentina compared with his chart 2013-2023.

Here you can see the argentinians increased their salaries every year. Nicolas' last depending job was in 2013 since then his social mobility decreased dramatically despite of the try of getting a job independently. Nicolas is still finding a job for a depending position in organizations including in private companies.

Cyberespionage & Kidnapping

Let's take a look to the argentinian Penal Code connected to the argentinian economy, kidnapping, and Cyberespionage.

"I want to clarify that just because I comply with an obligation of art. 671 of the Civil and Commercial Code, does not mean that I should be locked up in my house. They are simple procedures that can be delegated, even in the main responsibility. It's all a matter of organization. I know that many people who have judged me out of ignorance or for their own selfish interests, feminists in bad faith, or otherwise, have always been wrong. The greatest responsibility began in 2019, therefore, why didn't they hire me between 2013 and 2019 when my parents were in good health? There is always a new excuse for not hire Nicolas. On the media, Nicolas is still receiving messages from people who want Nicolas to be independent, even so, the peculiar thing is,  most of them are employees telling him that. 

Due to cyberespionage hidden by implcit agreement by the worldwide population, Nicolas got pain, depression, anguish. Intellectual rights, knowledge, ideas, procedures were stolen without Nicolas consent and mostly not knowing the cyber thieves because you can't see them, and that's the challenge thing to prove cyberespionage.  

Putting Nicolas at the level of the poor people (Domination by money), ideas of forcing Nicolas to go down to give more. Pressure experiments, and more. 

The Argentine Penal Code Art. 170  says about kidnapping a person by taking benefits from his innocence:

Imprisonment or imprisonment from five (5) to fifteen (15) years will be imposed on whoever subtracts, retains or hides a person for ransom.

If the author achieves his purpose, the minimum sentence will rise to eight (8) years.

The penalty will be from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) years in prison or confinement:

1. If the victim was a pregnant woman; a minor under eighteen (18) years of age or a person over seventy (70) years of age.

2. If the act is committed in the person of an ascendant; of a brother; of the spouse or cohabitant; or of another individual to whom particular respect is owed.

3. If serious or very serious injuries are caused to the victim.

4. When the victim is a disabled person; sick; Or that she can't fend for herself.

5. When the agent is a public official or employee; or belongs or has belonged to any security force or intelligence agency of the State.

6. When three (3) or more people participate in the event.

The penalty will be from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) years in prison or confinement if the fact results in the death of the offended person, as a consequence not wanted by the author.

The penalty will be imprisonment or life imprisonment if the offended person's death is intentionally caused.

The penalty of the participant who, disassociating himself from the others, makes an effort so that the victim recovers his freedom, without such result being the consequence of paying the price of freedom, will be reduced from one third to one half.

Police officers cybersoy without legal permission, young people do that in neighborhood and Nicolas ustes to write about that on social media making complaints, no matter if they are experts or not in technology. This kind of cyberespionage has not to do with viruses or the things professionals, engineers in technology say on the media maybe because their minds were set or just for any other kind of interest.
