Claim for a job

He shared his visits to the United Nations' office and to the International Labout Organizations' office in Buenos Aires. A photo for UN#75 for his dignity. And the current GDP Growth of Argentina compared with his chart 2013-2023.

Here you can see the argentinians increased their salaries every year. Nicolas' last depending job was in 2013 since then his social mobility decreased dramatically despite of the try of getting a job independently. Nicolas is still finding a job for a depending position in organizations including in private companies.

Cyberespionage & Kidnapping

Let's take a look to the argentinian Penal Code connected to the argentinian economy, kidnapping, and Cyberespionage. 

Nicolas Sourivongxay wrote this on his LinKedin Profile

"I want to clarify that just because I comply with an obligation of art. 671 of the Civil and Commercial Code, does not mean that I should be locked up in my house. They are simple procedures that can be delegated, even in the main responsibility. It's all a matter of organization. I know that many people who have judged me out of ignorance or for their own selfish interests, feminists in bad faith, or otherwise, have always been wrong. The greatest responsibility began in 2019, therefore, why didn't they hire me between 2013 and 2019 when my parents were in good health? There is always a new excuse for not hire Nicolas. On the media, Nicolas is still receiving messages from people who want Nicolas to be independent, even so, the peculiar thing is,  most of them are employees telling him that. 

Due to cyberespionage hidden by implcit agreement by the worldwide population, Nicolas got pain, depression, anguish. Intellectual rights, knowledge, ideas, procedures were stolen without Nicolas consent and mostly not knowing the cyber thieves because you can't see them, and that's the challenge thing to prove cyberespionage.  

Putting Nicolas at the level of the poor people (Domination by money), ideas of forcing Nicolas to go down to give more. Pressure experiments, and more. 

The Argentine Penal Code Art. 170  says about kidnapping a person by taking benefits from his innocence:

Imprisonment or imprisonment from five (5) to fifteen (15) years will be imposed on whoever subtracts, retains or hides a person for ransom.

If the author achieves his purpose, the minimum sentence will rise to eight (8) years.

The penalty will be from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) years in prison or confinement:

1. If the victim was a pregnant woman; a minor under eighteen (18) years of age or a person over seventy (70) years of age.

2. If the act is committed in the person of an ascendant; of a brother; of the spouse or cohabitant; or of another individual to whom particular respect is owed.

3. If serious or very serious injuries are caused to the victim.

4. When the victim is a disabled person; sick; Or that she can't fend for herself.

5. When the agent is a public official or employee; or belongs or has belonged to any security force or intelligence agency of the State.

6. When three (3) or more people participate in the event.

The penalty will be from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) years in prison or confinement if the fact results in the death of the offended person, as a consequence not wanted by the author.

The penalty will be imprisonment or life imprisonment if the offended person's death is intentionally caused.

The penalty of the participant who, disassociating himself from the others, makes an effort so that the victim recovers his freedom, without such result being the consequence of paying the price of freedom, will be reduced from one third to one half.

Police officers cybersoy without legal permission, young people do that in neighborhood and Nicolas ustes to write about that on social media making complaints, no matter if they are experts or not in technology. This kind of cyberespionage has not to do with viruses or the things professionals, engineers in technology say on the media maybe because their minds were set or just for any other kind of interest.

RESPONSABILITY

Let's start analysing what happened with NSComex. Once again the reasong why the 4th season didn't last too much time was because of Police persecution like the reason why Nicolas Sourivongxay left he market in the 3rd season. Nicolas didn't resist the pressure the police did against him by bullying and harassment. 

Everything is said and done on his social media accounts already, so this would be easy to analyse. The period of time showed is the legal period, that means with all legal requirements in the market. 

1st season: in June 2017 he left the market due a trademark attempt for his brand Yooloper when he was trying to develop that brand in the industry of clothes, mainly scarves and handkerchiefs. Nicolas didn't have enough money to fight for it against Topper from the  company Alpargatas. The INPI (Instituto Nacional de la Propiedad Intelectual) was also at fault in the decision, so Nicolas withdrawed his project from the market and also he left it with NSComex.

2nd season: It was due to the quarantine due to Pandemic Covid-19. The restrictions not only affected the store of Nicolas, but also other stores in the market. In September 2020, Nicolas left the market because he had almost nothing of sales. He used to go to the houses of clients to teach children and young students. 

3rd season: In December 2021 Nicolas said goodbye to the market upset and tired of the police persecution, the harassment, and bullying of security forces, in addition to the claim of low income, and excess of cyberespionage. Nicolas took the decision when he experienced bad moments in his last vacation at the coast in Buenos Aires, in Mar del Plata. It was supposed to be his vacation. That was paid by him and part by using the government program called Previaje. Previaje paid 50% of the bills.

The bad events in Mar del Plata during his holydays was, overall, the last straw for the decision of leaving the market. 

4th season: Nicolas once again in the market tried with NSComex in december 2022. Nicolas did a great effort in Markeing strategy by improving his service and by launching his first original Christmas song called 'A Christmas Landscape' locally and internationally in the music market. The image that security forces left to NSComex was bad. Clients were afraid of hiring Nicolas to give classes in their houses due to the fear of police persecution on the streets, and some others think Nicolas was a thief. Nicolas was trying to recover the market and the sales were appearing slowly, it was a matter of time, however, the police persecured him while Nicolas was protesting for a depending job in the market. With NSComex, Nicolas never reached the basic minimun salary, so he was less economically than the other professionals in his category since 2013. This time, leaving NSComex, not having a job, dependently or independently, affected his quatity of years for retirement payment in the futire. 

About Potenciar Trabajo Government Program, Nicolas Sourivongxay's application was rejected without argument and he was told that there were no more registrations. He never got access to that type of basic complementary salary for people who are at risk or in a state of social vulnerability or who work in some activity of the Popular Economy.

THE ARGENTINE  PENAL CODE RELATED TO BUSINESS DAMAGE

CRIMES AGAINST FREEDOM: Arts. 140 to 161

Art.141. It will be punished with imprisonment or imprisonment from six months to three years; who illegally deprives another of his personal liberty.

Art.142.

Paragraph 1. If the act is committed with violence or threats or for religious or revenge purposes.

Paragraph 2. If the act is committed in the person of an ascendant, a sibling, a spouse or another individual to whom particular respect is due

Paragraph 3. If there is serious damage to the person, health or business of the offended party, provided that the act does not matter another crime for which the law imposes a greater penalty.

Paragraph 4. If the act is committed simulating public authority or order of public authority.

Paragraph 5. If the deprivation of liberty lasts more than one month.

Paragraph 3 is due to the neck pain suffered by Nicolas due to psychological pressure when he walks on the streets because he must be in alert in case a police patrol car catches him, and due to the sustained persecution over time when he walked to and from his clients' houses in NSComex, his personal business. Nicolas left the market with NSComex in December 2021. 

Paragraph 4 is because in the complaints made by Nicolas Sourivongxay, uniformed people without police identification appeared but they acted as security agents in the process of harassment during the journey of his departure, finding them on the streets or on public transport.

In this fight, the TV host suggested to Silvana not to appear on the media to talk about her divorce but instead, to solve it only at Justice System. Silvana had a traumatic behavior reacting to that comment. 

The common thing with Nicolas is that he is also fighting against a big evil problem, another one different than Silvana's. He has been fighting at Justice System alone, the victim alone, with no success at all. Nicolas tried to go to the media, but they closed his doors many times. It's been 10 years of misfortune, disgrace, injustice,  and humilliation.

Let's start with the review of the period of time November 2019 until today 2023 towards transition in October 2023. Presidency Alberto Fernandez, assumption on December 10, 2019.

1) POLICE & SECURITY CONCERN

In the years 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, until first days of 2023 everything was about police and security persecution and harassment against Nicolas Sourivongxay, including cyberespionage, and harassment by caughing at Nicolas walkside house from the same one or two neighbors in his neighborhood. 

It was proved Nicolas never had fans saying "hi" or congratulating him on the streets, there were only police officers persecuting him. 

July 8th, 2022 a legislator in Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires created 'Mapa de la Policia' against police abuse: https://twitter.com/OfeFernandez_/status/1546608697857777665?cxt=HHwWgoC9pdOa1PYqAAAA . Her political party only did that in Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires where the opposition party rules, but not in Buenos Aires Province due to her political party ruling by a governor.

2) QUARANTINE/PANDEMIC/COVID-19

Business damaged

The restrictive quarantine due to Covid-19 starting in March 2020 when Nicolas arrived from his vacation in Mar del Plata. All the consequences it carried, economically and socially. In September 2020, Nicolas left the market with NSComex, his little store, due to lack of clients.  The government sent him money by a program called IFE but the money was just useful to pay taxes not to generate enough income from the market.

Many stores were affected by policies about restrictions during the quarantine in the year 2020: 90,000 stores and 41,000 small enterprises closed in the whole country.

Nicolas returned to the market in February 2021 in the middle of police persecution on the streets.  In December 2021 he left the market due to the persecution of the police in Mar del Plata during his vacation. Nicolas didn't get rest there.  The vacation was paid 50% off with a benefit progrram of the government called Previaje to boost tourism sector consumption.

Abortion

Nicolas wore a mask in green color on the streets without knowing his mask was relevant for a congress decision about abortion in Argentina. That was his first face mask bought at a supermarket in March 2020 and there was not another color. The congress approved it in december 2020 during the quarantine. Later, Nicolas realized of that, so he changed that by using a face mask in white color, and later a client gave him a face mask in light blue color.

Nicolas has been a really fan of the movies 'Resident Evil' so, he follows Milla Jovovich on his personal Instagram Account and Facebook accounts. Milla Jovovich promoted the green handkerchieves/bandana symbol for the cause for the approval of the abortion in The United States of America after the successfull case in Argentina occured in December 2020.

Debt

During the pandemic the deficiencies in infraestructure framework and administrative processes in the governments of the world relied in delay in response of leaders to people needs. The debts of governments increased to spend the money mainly for social security. 

Technology advance

The key was technology adaptation to face the economic problems in communication through the distance for business purposes. 

Remote work, hybrid work, fintech companies, technology to education with the app star 'Zoom" and 'Classroom from Google', technology to Health system, the use of social medias, Facebook that changed to Meta, Twitter, Instagram, more internet connection, whatsapp, telegram.

It's a global problem that the world decided to hide. It affects Argentina as well. Argentinians cyberspy through technology and no matter if they are experts or not.

5) RUSSIA vs UKRAINE

Not influenced so much. The political party of Alberto Fernandez was so linked to Russia but later they remained in silence due to the war.

6) INFLATION

Position 7 worldwide of Food inflation according to World Bank (nominal). One of the ten worst countries in the world.

After that, the government of Joe Biden in the United States of America tried to stop or to control inflation affecting the countries in the world. 

7) CLIMATE CHANGE/ENERGY

Increase of renewable energy sector. Less outages for homes. Outages descreased in qty since the middle of 2020 during quarantine for homes. Nowadays there are sporadic outages due to political purposes more than technical purposes.

8) JOB SEARCHING

During the period of time November 2019 until these days in 2023, Nicolas didn't find a job yet despite of sending a lot of resumes by LinKedin, ZonaJobs, Bumeran, Indeed, Clarin empleos, Computrabajo, and other job search platforms, including direct company website platforms. 

Nicolas went to the Ministerio de Trabajo, Empleo, Seguridad Social to make complaints on 10 November 2022 and on 6 December 2022 .

The market remains in silence in Argentina and in the international market but observing, extracting ideas and knowledge secretly. The income of NSComex is still under the mininum salary average.
