Nowadays due to technology, the revolution of social media, and the massive influence of the traditional media in methods to pay the attention in marketing issues, this problem about gossiping without evidence that turns into persecution and harassment has been breaking the law and the rules of social harmony. The secret society with superficial cyberespionage and hidden cyberespionage also affect the normal well being in a society, districs, city, community, small groups.

And people copy the attitudes and marketing strategies from people in television. Scandalous, hurting each other, fights, violence, in order to make them relevant. And some people think that's correct when it's not.

Talent is not valuable, what the market wants is valuable. This is the philosophy in the market in general nowadays, and that's sad. And the measurement of popularity in views on Youtube shows this reality. It's not only about quality, there are awful videos, and stupid videos with a lot of views contrary to some people with great talent or great videos with just a few views.

Rumor: The responsability of the son

There are many examples of rumors to share around Nicolas, for example that Nicolas doesn't care of his father who is sick, however Nicolas has a sister taking care of his father, and there is a health company behind with the help of the government health programs. Since April 2019, Nicolas took care of his father with his mother until November 2019 when his mother passed away. After that, the relationship in the family was not ok, so his father went to a medical center of rehabilitation, so Nicolas went out of his house to send medication and he has been always in charge of all administrative papers to deal with health government offices. Let's remember 2020 and 2021, the persecutions, harassment, "bullying" of polce cars in Monte Grande and Luis Guillon (Buenos Aires Province, Argentina), all the evidence, the use of Camera live of Facebook showing clear evidence. Nicolas was saving a life, he didn't deserve that bad treatment on the streets. SECOND BOOK, ON CRIMES, TITLE I

CRIMES AGAINST PEOPLE:

Paragraph 3 is due to the neck pain suffered by Nicolas due to psychological pressure when he walks on the streets because he must be in alert in case a police patrol car catches him, and due to the sustained persecution over time when he walked to and from his clients' houses in NSComex, his personal business. Nicolas left the market with NSComex in December 2021.

MANIPULATION & ETHICS

Let's analyse the behaviour of people in the system. Manipulation of the body, mind, and the deal with ETHICS.

1) To be honest, Nicolas Sourivongxay is really different from those who follow him. It's been like this since he was a child. An introvert kid in silence, not too much words. At school, the rebel jokers paid the attention of the class, made laugh, and they received punishment due to their behaviours.

Nicolas was obedient including at a job in private sector. One of his bosses had a kind of intention of pushing Nicolas to reaction to go against him. Why? To dare Nicolas to give more?

2) Another case is when Nicolas created Yooloper destroyed by Topper around 2018. Nicolas fought for justice when he realized that he had no enough money to get into the justice system, so he created one of his memorable phrases :

In 2013, Nicolas expressed himself on social media saying he was against the Democratization of Justice System. Seems like the word of Nicolas was important for some people. The President Cristina Kirchner encouraged all citizens to speak out to share their words at universities, at squares, in everywhere. Meanwhile, that "Grieta" was running in the system. The population didn't respect each other for having their own opinions.

3) Nicolas quit his last job in September 2013 and he got his College degree in December 2013, however he was chosen by the argentinian population to push him to create his own job.

5) In meritocracy, this is what Nicolas did as he could with lack of money. As we all know, money gives more opportunities, to study in better universities, to invest, money gives freedom in this term.

There are many people not only women but also men- employees or money makers - working and making a lot of money. Beginners in one side and people permanentely working in the system with a lot of years in the market in the another side. Nicolas has been out of the dependent labour market for ten years, a decade, and independently at NSComex, just for almost three years in the market with low income, lower income than those who received Government Economic Social Assistance

Continuing with meritocracy, Nicolas is the only one in his neighborhood with a degree in International Trade. The 99% of people just got primary school diploma or not, secondary school diploma, some courses, and most of them are working. Why not Nicolas?

6) Nicolas in action in the field knowing he was the first one working with a Government organization in a process because their behaviour betrayed themselves, at the final Nicolas arrived the office waiting for the final inspection, suddenly a woman appeared in the building minutes later with the same process. The inspector called her first before Nicolas.

7) In his family, women got more advantage in money than Nicolas. Some sucessfull business ideas came from Nicolas.

8) The outages with intention by second, minutes and hours, the cutting of internet connections by the internet provider 'Telecentro' against the will of Nicolas, the harassment/Persecution of Secutiry forces against Nicolas on the streets. For many reasons, to give more, to stop the quarantine-pandemic, to go against the government, to go against the private companies, to go to trial, to pay less money in services, political parties orientation, ideology orientation, among other interests.

9) In the transition of the presidency of Cristina Kirchner to Mauricio Macri in 2015, the revolution of social medias, start ups was happening. Nicolas got into social media, while the people in the system got economic benefit from him, they took ideas by cyberespionage, by learning from him behind his back. How Nicolas interacted on the internet? that was/is interesting for them.

Nicolas got 241 E-certificates from worldwide since the last Pandemic March 2020, even so, Nicolas didn't get a dependent job yet.

Justice System Development

Focusing on Argentinian Justice System, Nicolas Sourivongxay has his own opinion judging people of the argentine history. His sees beyond the news articles, educational books, and television shows in the country. Let's get started in this journey.

An argentine movie was released on September 29, 2022 and it is called 'Argentina, 1985' . The story of how a public prosecutor collected evidence based on "witnesses testimonies and victims declarations" for the trial 'Juicio de las Juntas Militares' against the performance of militars in charge of Argentine country since March 24, 1976 until 1982. The crimes involved are kidnapping, torture, murders, disappearances of people, threats and other crimes against human rights.

"WITNESSES AND VICTIMS"

The judgment was made based on "witnesses testimonies and victims declarations" without physical evidence so, there is a kind of benefit of the doubt according to Nicolas. That "because they say" probably turn the people into a Salomon Ash Syndrome. The movie shows the Justice System as an independent organization focused on itself but not considering the other two main organizations in the country in the time of collecting evidence based on "witnesses and victims", it means, presidential office and the congress in representation of the people. And that's a mistake of the Justice System in not consideting the whole country in that specific moment in time.

As it was shown with evidence and said by Nicolas Sourivongxay, in the field when the police persecuted him, they did harassment and kind of "bullying". There were police officers with own interests in bothering Nicolas, others with complicity with the civil population for example owners of commercial stores, people involved in politics from the two sides centre left or centre right, human rights fighters, haters due to the consequences involved around Racial discrimination + Refugee cause, in addition to his exclusion from educational system and exclusion from labour market. This means, politics, security force, the media, people in insitutions and other organizations, the civil society are not 99.9% innocent.

In the last of book of Nicolas 'Braining Insania: The Spanglish Book of Nicolas Sourivongxay', people in the last decade were unreliable, the words were questioned. Police officers only accept claims at the Police Station if you have witnesses, but the word of witnesses are being questioned because they lie due to different kind of interests and the challenge in this is to find out if witnesses tell the true or not.

In the movie, only the family of the prosecutor had security that later it was rejected by that prosecutor. His little son walked on the streets freely without any security control.

Maybe some of the "witnesses and victims" were not affected by Salomon Ash Syndrome, maybe the cases were real, maybe the cases were manipulated by the own society (the police, human rights fighters, politicias and its followers, the civil society) in the time of collecting "witnesses testimonies and victims declarations" or/and in time of 1976 to 1982.

THE LONG TRANSITION FOR "NEVER AGAIN"

It's was a long transition in order to go away from the last militar government and to get into a democracy system forever. Argentinians didn't want militars to come back to take the power after every economic chaos.

Nicolas met someone around 2006 who made him a psychological experiment. That person hit the head of Nicolas with keys until blood, that was the mark of the experiment and that hit was also the ticket entrance to the labour market, Nicolas got his first formal job in 2008 and he left that person in 2008. But in 2013, another presidential transtition was running, so the messages of the games of "The Art of Living" organization set Nicolas' mind. In the process of leaving the private organizations, Nicolas' brain connected the surgery of the head of the president Crisitina Kirchner with the hit he had during the experiment in 2006 and 2007, the indirect message.
Nicolas remembered events during his childhood. He remembers that one of his sisters arrived at home naked with red eyes due to sexual violation of argentinian men. It's also unfair the new technology provided in this last decade was not implemented in 1976 until 1985 and the following years until the appearances of them. In 2015, Facebook and Twitter were not high technology like in 2019, 2020, 2021 or 2022.

Facebook was launched on February 2004 and Facebook Watch (Stream live video available to the public) was launched on August 10, 2017. There is also Instagram live.

Twitter was launched on July 15, 2006 and Twitter Stream live was launched in 2015 but discontinued in 2021.

Youtube was launched on February 15, 2005. Later, Youtube Steam live.

By analising the history of Argentina, it is found argentinians timeline periods as lifecycles: birth, development, peak, declining, death. In democracy, there were two remarkable period of times in Argentina history: the economic and political crisis of 2001, and the transition of the presidency of Cristina Kirchner to Mauricio Macri in 2015. Nowadays argentinians are still having sequels of that transition that later the power was recovered in 2019 with the current presidency of Alberto Fernandez.

Reading some behaviours of argentinians by listening how they speak, they give orders to hurt innocent people and they act like wolves or monkeys with anger. Their speech is imperative, and they like that. They say they are against dictatorships, but what they say and what they do show dictatorship, to hurt others or for keeping the order into the system, to control.

To avoid abuses Nicolas Sourivongxay found the way to show evidence of abuses and crimes by using technology, photos, video recordings, streaming live, emails. The justice system didn't accept the stream live videos of Facebook as evidence, even the evidence was clear and in real time. Nicolas had to fight to make them understand and to accept the evidence proved by using new technology as a legal resource.

Years later, on July 8th, 2022, an argentinian legislator of Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires presented a proyect to show evidence on social media against police abuse. It is tipically what Nicolas had been doing against police harassment

In times of techonology revolution, there is a kind of battle for giving the power to the tech companies or to the governments with security forces, or to the people. However, as it was said before, the quarantine was a kind of strategy to calm the rebellion of the societies in the world.

According to Nicolas Sourivongxay, Cybersecurity is a business. There are many engineers specialized in technology speaking on the media about virus and how protect tech devices but for Nicolas, they are just defending the internet and the technology. There are things in the cyberspace that humans never controlled yet to guarantee security in privacy to the worldwide population, that's why social media and email companies change/d their policies many times.

The consequences of being target including the outages and the cut of internet connections, that fortunately Nicolas found the way to stop the argentinians, to tell them to stop of hurting his mental health with those actions.

Even so, cyberespionage is stil running, and Nicolas knows that. No matter if you are a professional hacker or not or a professional in computer science or not, and no matter if you are rich, medium class or poor, you all can do cyberespionage that belongs to the secret society. Three chosen politicians to point out in the last four decades. One from The United Kingdom, one another from The United States of America, and one another from South America, Peru.

1) A relevant world event occured in the United Kingdom. On October 25, 2022, Rishi Sunak (Centre-right from Conservative Party) assumed office as Prime Minister of the UK. He is the first non-white Prime Minister in the history of the United Kingdom and he was born in England.

His wife, Akshata Murty is the daughter of an indian billionaire, Nagavara Ramarao Narayana Murthy. Her father is the founder of the indian technology company 'Infosys' and he has a net worth of 4.5 billion USD according to Forbes. Akshata owns 0.91% stake and together with the Prime Minister Sunak, they got both around 830 million USD. Sunak is the first frontline politician who joined the 'Sunday Times Rich List'.

1) The event occured on 15 april 2019, the Cathedral of Notre Dame in Paris, France got burned in fire, and Nicolas thought that was a signal when he was sharing his pain and sorrow before that. Trending topic on Twitter was "Quasimodo" from the movie "The Hunchback of Notre Dame".

Nicolas is still claiming for justice while the society is still moving on not apoligizing, pushing Nicolas out of the system, argentinians and others in the world are still making money, and politicians are only worried about elections.. Ten years of mistreatment and misfortune, and the people is still pretending nothing happened here. Memories turn evil at nights, the nights are still cold, and Nicolas sometimes wakes up with feelings of explosion. Even if Nicolas doesn't go out of his house frequently, all the memories come back to him at dark nights and he listens to voices inside his head of people alive, of people doing cyberespionage like he used to hear since 2012. The first time he listened to voices inside his head was when he was posting on one of his private Facebook account, later he deleted that account, but he knew there was cyberespionage including from his neighbors, and he listened to their voices inside his head, unnatural ability.

3) The smile. Nicolas was not ok while filming police officers with camera live. Nicolas was sharing his pain due to police persecution, however they smiled at him. Nicolas remembers their smiles, aweful attitude. How did they dare to smile at Nicolas when he felt bad? That's not compassion. Nicolas remembers their smiles as outrageousness, indignation. When Nicolas was crying and sharing pain on social media, why did they smile at him and laugh at him in the field?

1) Feminism and the labor market

Not only higher marks than Nicolas by purpose at university professors gave to women students just for being women. The evil Feminism didn't help Nicolas Sourivongxay during these last ten years. It's evident some good women helped him at NSComex because most of the clients were women, even so, some evil women treated Nicolas in a bad manner pushing him out from the labour dependent market.

The feminism when it turns to nationalism, they accept other male argentinians, so centre-right party agrees. The liberation and confussion of freedom with debauchery, abortion, and putting women over Nicolas were part of the standart flag of the centre- left party but also promoted by United Nations. The problem relied on the implementation of women's rights in the field, that implementation that carried its positive consequences and negative consequences . Seems like the public sector wanted to take the credit of Nicolas success at a private University because he was almost finishing his studies.

After he got his degree, he tried to study in other institutions. Professors coming from public sector putting low marks to Nicolas in public universities and in one university infested with that ideology, the war between public sector vs public sector. The ego of professors and students concerning the war of public sector vs private sector was evident. The people for public sector claimed Nicolas to create his own job while closing the job market as well. Nicolas held his knowledge in international trade and decided to do as he could in the field since the beggining his main purpose was to come back to be an employee not to create his own job.

Nicolas created his own job, not related so much with his degree, but with NSComex, with lack of income, he went on vacation in march 2020, then the lockdown due to the pandermic occured, and in December 2021 he did it again, but Nicolas received police persecution during his vacation.

His brand Yooloper was ruined from the beginning, later NSComex, and finally Nina Andromeda Galaxy Milkyway. So, the independency of Nicolas was destroyed by argentinians. Through manipulation, politicians always try to use Nicolas to choose Peronistas (Cristina Kirchner, Sergio massa), Izquierda, Radicales, Libertarios, PRO.
