International Day of Peace 2023
September 21st, The United Nations chooses a theme to be focused. This year that theme is "Actions for Peace: Ambitions for the #GlobalGoals "
Message of the United Nations Secretary Antônio Guterres for World Peace Day
We can get involved with actions for a Healthy Planet, for a Better Economy, for a Just Society, for a World Working Together for the 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
These are the goals Nicolas Sourivongxay has been working for. With most of them, Nicolas felt ideologically manipulated in the field. Beyond those selected, others are Gender Equality (SDG number 5) or Reduce inequalities (SDG number 10) when Women grew up economically more than Nicolas in Buenos Aires while they were doing Cyberespionage. Nicolas never was interested in the situation of women even so, Nicolas was part of a political, economic, and social experiment that is against the Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights
"No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation."
The market left Nicolas without a dependent job for ten years since September 2013 complying the ten years required to be considered ostracism while Nicolas was fighting for SDG number 8

The rejection and the difficulties in adaptation to universities since 2013 forced Nicolas to find courses on the internet for his Resume. With an insane quantity of certificates obtained in a short period of time in the middle of outages, cutting of internet connection, police persecution, and young male neighbors fans of Cumbia-Reggaeton-Trap. SDG number 4. He also worked for education in the educational business as an entrepreneur by creating NSCOMEX.

About Water (SDG number 6) . Seems like Nicolas is also being manipulated. The first problem started in December 2022 and it was solved months later. The second same problem started in July 2023 and it is not solved yet. Maybe they expect Nicolas to make complains about it due to the water in the zone that according to the government company Aysa, it is contaminated and its full service doesn't reach the area of the house of Nicolas. Nicolas drinks water bought from the supermarket since he was a child because he has a sensitive stomach and he got sick many times when he was a kid.

The affordable and clean energy (SDG number 7) and Climate Change (SDG number 13) are related to outages. Nicolas tweeted many times the outages was a political and human problem for Political campaign. Nicolas used the promotion of clean energy to try to convince the enemy to stop the outages. Outages were also used to do experiments like Milgram Experiment and for judgment and Cyberespionage without a trial against article Number 10 of Human Rights "Right to a fair trial".

Criminals at Justice System
The question relies on a simple mathematical summation 5+3= 8 but for Justice System 5+3= 6.
For Nicolas Sourivongxay there is a case of Abuse, clear and solved that requires a judge verdict in his favor.
For Justice System there is no a case, and the judge verdict is dismissing the case.

Reflecting about the concealment in Justice System. Why do Argentinians do concealment, commit falsehood against the law being part of the Justice System?
Decision makers at Argentine Justice System are Criminals. They not only dismiss, but they also attack by intimidating. Every action coming from the Justice System have terrible consequences on the field against the victim. The question is if Argentine Justice System is really serving people for justice or just being a bureaucratic organization working just for itself.
Time, cost, procedures can have a negative impact on victims..

OSTRACISM: The DECADE
Ostracism is the banishment to which citizens who were considered bad or very bad for popular sovereignty were sentenced. It was a democratic procedure in Athens, Greece, to expel a citizen out of the city-state for ten years.
Characteristic of Ostracized citizen: Someone prominent, popular, and powerful.
Objective: to neutralize that person in order to protect the democratic balance.
Link: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ostracism
Link: https://education.nationalgeographic.org/resource/ostracism-ancient-greece/
Nicolas Sourivongxay quit his last depending job in the market in September 2013 and it can be verified at the Argentine national job record institution called "ANSES", so in September 2023, he completes 10 YEARS, A DECADE of EXCLUSION.
During those 10 years he tried to find a job, he tried by creating his own job NSCOMEX, and many awful and bad events occurred in his life. It was a decade of a nightmare.
There is no doubt Nicolas has been ostracized by the Argentine society (exclusion from Job depending market, universities, Justice System, etc.) and he experienced the reactions that being ostracized triggers out.
In the following video, OSTRACISM is applied in te context of a job as a another way to exclude a person in addition to the HARASSMENT. So, both OSTRACISM and HARASSMENT are ways used to exclude someone from a group. It shows the beginning of the process but to be considered a person ostracized, the qty of years, 10 YEARS, should be remarkable as the consequences of natural reactions of a person ostracized. The example is applied inside jobs but in short periods of time, not 10 YEARS. Is it possible to be ostracized for 10 years inside of a job?
This Year in 2023, it will be the anniversary of his graduation at a private university that was on December 13th, 2013. So, 10 YEARS ago, a DECADE. Nicolas got a Bachelor degree in International Trade at John F. Kennedy University.
The doors of the market were closed after his last quit of his depending job in September 2013, and even by getting his Degree in December 2013, the market rejected him since then.
In that time, in Argentina, peronistas communist workers insisted in the double compensation for employees who get fired and in a kind a law to ban employers to fire employees. This was to face the government of Mauricio Macri, who got the presidency in 2015.
Link: https://www.reuters.com/article/economia-argentina-veto-idARL2N18H0O4
While communist workers closed itself and turned more selected in recruitment, owners of companies never hired Nicolas.
The movement of the market phylosophy of "Stop working from 9-6 and create your own money" was running in the system as the boom of social medias were exploding in the world. Technology and internet, the transition process for changing habits of the population. In addition, feminists movement asking for more inclusion in the market. All of these, with consequences, pros and cons.
Here, British Cancellor Darren F Magee explains this form of Abuse.
Pain can be deep and last : https://www.purdue.edu/newsroom/research/2011/110510WilliamsOstracism.html

Malicious Falsehood
Falsehood: to tell an untrue statement as with intent to deceive. Malicious Falsehood.
Link: https://www.carruthers-law.co.uk/our-services/defamation/malicious-falsehood/
Nicolas Sourivongxay has been thinking of the term Falsehood in disputes and examples cone out from his memory. E.g. when Nicolas fought against a woman in the past, Nicolas noticed something weird from her, so Nicolas called it "The Mirror". It's when a person accuses Nicolas of Cyberespionage when in fact, that person did Cyberespionage but not Nicolas. Let's read a fictional example in the dialogue:
A N.Other: - You did nothing for your family
Nicolas: - What?
A N.Other: - You did Cyberespionage with your neighbors
Nicolas:- What?
A.N.Other: - You weren't at home protecting her.
Nicolas:- What?
A.N.Other: - You did nothing for him
Nicolas: - What?
A.N.Other: - You are thief
Nicolas:- What?
A.N.Other: - You are a thief because you cyberspy me
Nicolas:- What?
A.N. Other:- The police and the people cyberespy you to protect you not for stealing you, not for extracting knowledge, ideas, or for taking advantage of you.
Nicolas:- What?
There are many domestic examples in Nicolas' life even so, one remarkable and real example he experienced was the day police officers decided to talk to Nicolas. That day was the only one day they did it. It was like it was planned. Police officers at the centre of the city in Monte Grande and in another place close to his house. Two events in the whole day.
In the streamed live video, police officers lie saying they were not persecuting Nicolas. The article is called 'Actions speak louder than words'.
Police officers really did harassment, persecution, and interceptions however, they denied the facts in front of the evidence proven by the camera of Nicolas.
Link: https://ethnicjustice.blogspot.com/2022/09/actions-speak-louder-than-words.html
It's like doing this:
Nicolas says: - I can see the moon in the photo, and that's a night.
Police officers: - No, there is no moon there, and that's not a night. We can't see any moon in the photo.
The art. 18 of the Argentine National Constitution says:
"No one can be forced to testify against himself; nor arrested except by virtue of a written order of a competent authority."
Link: http://www.ciudadyderechos.org.ar/derechosbasicos_cnac.php?id=7&idcnac=22
Let's remember this example of Argentine police officers lying at a criminal case. A murder of a young boy of 17 by the police. 14 police officers involved. The event occurred on November 17, 2021 in Barracas, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires and the final verdict was given in July 2023.
Crimes of police officers were: ideological falsehood, illegal deprivation of liberty aggravated by functional abuse and without provision of the law, cover-up aggravated by the status of public officials and because the predicate offense is especially serious and imposition of torture.
