There was an election at the Argentine Justice System, specifically, at the Magistracy Council where Nicolas Sourivongxay sent emails making complains about the justice system because they don't apply the law by dismissing the claims of Nicolas concerning police abuse, the bad intention of the process in March 2023, among other issues. 

The new president of the Magistracy Association is Andres Basso, the same judge who condemned Cristina Kirchner for a case of corruption (Vialidad).

Members of the justice system voted. The peculiar thing about the winner is that he belongs to the justice political party 'Lista Bordó', the same justice political party of the controversial and famous judge Federico Hernán Villena who judged Nicolas in March 2023.

Let's remember what's inside the prosecutor office who accused Nicolas in March 2023 that fortunately it was dismissed due to a very strong defense made by Nicolas:

Marano is a lawyer of the opponent political party called Pro (Mauricio Macri), he denounced Insaurralde for his travels. Marano is defending the man who attacked Cristina Kirchner with a gun. The judge in charge to judge Insaurralde is Judge Federico Hernán Villena, the same judge who judged Nicolas in March 2023 by dismissing the claim of the Police. 

The office of the judge Federico Hernán Villena has a "friendly " relationship with Insaurralde according to the press. The ex wife of Insauralde works there.

Let's remember one car of Ministerio de Desarrollo of the Municipality of Esteban Echeverría (current government of President Alberto Fernández) interviene during the process in March 2023 by treating Nicolas in bad manner at the gate of his house.

Short Summary 2019-2023

The government of the President Alberto Fernández is probably ending in Argentina. Just six days left to the official election on October 22nd, 2023. Period of the government 2019-2023.

The democratic process of the changing of the government of Cristina Kirchner to Mauricio Macri was remarcable around 2015. There, the "grieta" started on the media, and the conflicts were relevant with a lot of complaints from the Argentine society. Police officers were all over, and their dangerous ego started to increase up. 

The police persecution against Nicolas started in 2018 with low activity. Later in 2019,. There was an effort of police officers to concentrate the abuse over just one person, over Nicolas Sourivongxay.. In 2020 year, Nicolas went on vacation alone to Mar del Plata, there were no police officers persecuting him in that time. 

In March 2020, the country closed itself due to the pandemic. During the quarantine, the police persecution increased up but Nicolas didn't get sick.  He fought as he could by sending emails to the wall, to the justice system. High level of police persecution, interceptions, harassment, and abuse during 2020, 2021 2022, and 2023 while the argentinians increased up their money with inflation. 

Saving lives during the quarantine was not  so much relevant for argentinians more than fighting for increasing up their salaries. Police officers, educators, politicians, among others, all of them fighting for high salaries.

The gap between poor people against rich people increased up notability. 

There was also a fight between public sector against private sector that increased up prices giving more benefits to the people on top. 

The creation of IFE, a kind of emergency money help for people with disadvantage was not enough because there were not policies for reduction of taxes for entrepreneurs at the beginning. That IFE only was useful to pay taxes but not for eating food. 

The abuse of educators by overwhelming students with homework while educators just work more or less two or three days a week while they were claiming for high salaries. 

Outages abuse, cutting of internet connection. Protests on the streets. Advance in abortion at the Congress by feminists during the quarantine in 2020. 

Misinformation, fake news, politics with bad intention during the quarantine. 

While Nicolas was crying out on social media due to police abuse in one hand, and by the another hand, asking for a dependent job while the rest of Argentinians in the middle and in upper class were making parties with inflation by filling their banks accounts with more money. 

The attitude of argentinians were disgusting until these last days and it continues that way. 

In the world, pandemic, Democrats won presidency in the USA with Black Lives Matter, war of Russia against Ukraine, high inflation, and war Israel against Palestine. While Nicolas used social media, and LinkedIn asking for job, and while he was sending emails to governments and Institutions worldwide for help, including to the press. Nicolas only received rejection. 

Nicolas could not get into universities due to police persecution. Many universities he dropped out. 

The governor of Buenos Aires, Axel Kicillof blocked Nicolas' Twitter accounts. 

In 2023, the police attacked Nicolas strongly in March 2023, and the justice system managed by peronistas. 

Water, Feminism, police abuse, outages, internet interruption, difficulties in access to universities, Cyberespionage, the pension of Nicolas' father, NSComex entrepreneurship against police persecution, dichotomy war between two ideologies in politics specially economic ideology, manipulation, experiments, justice system dismissing, are words and phrases defining the period of the government of President Alberto Fernández 2019-2023. The President Alberto Fernández was considered by Nicolas Sourivongxay as his personal dictator. 

Nicolas was pushed out to another country. Attempts at the US Embassy ending up in rejection. In July 2023, he asked for Asylum in Montevideo, Uruguay contacting the United Nations. Due to housing problems and the idea to share room with destitute people and homeless people, Nicolas returned to Argentina.

In August 2023 Nicolas got sick again because nothing changed in Buenos Aires.  

In September 2023 he solved a problem with the water affecting only his house.  And he complied a decade, ten years out of the depending job market  considered Ostracism. 

In October, the police still persecute, intercept, harass Nicolas on the streets. 

On Sunday, October 22nd, 2023 is the election for president in Argentina.

Inflation, Wildfires, Corruption, Justice a few days before the election

After the last Argentine Caucus Debate things got out of control in Argentina towards the Presidential Election on October 22nd, 2023. 

1) Inflation: Argentina’s black market exchange rate hit a record 1,040 pesos per dollar.

2) The Wildfires im Córdoba Province, Argentina. The province of the governor Juan Schiaretti who won the caucus with three points according to Ethnic Justice & Nicolas Sourivongxay. The result was given beyond the potential winners in dispute, Javier Milei, Patricia Bullrich, or Sergio Massa..

3) The President Alberto Fernández sued the candidate Javier Milei for the crime of Public Intimidation for calling people not to save money in Argentine pesos at banks in fixed term deposits. 

"Never in pesos, never in pesos. The peso is the currency issued by the Argentine politician, therefore it cannot be worth even excrement because that garbage is not even useful for fertilizer." Javier Milei. ( IProfesional)

Javier Milei responded the government tries to forbidd them. (IProfesional) 

The case resounded the ears of Nicolas Sourivongxay. The President Alberto Fernández was a professor at the Public University of Buenos Aires teaching law. He was a lawyer expert in criminal law.  He used the source  of 'Public Intimidation against Javier Milei.

Let's remember at the beginning of March 2023, Nicolas Sourivongxay was accused of Public Intimidation by the police and by the Prosecutor Office managed by the judge Federico Hernán Villena in Lomas de Zamora, Buenos Aires Province that finally it was dismissed at the end of March. 

These last days it was a surprise to read the truth revealed of who were the people who hurt Nicolas Sourivongxay with an accusation.

We know the Police doesn't stop bothering, chasing, persecuting, intercepting, and harassing Nicolas on the streets since 2018 almost every day until these last days in 2023. It's not a surprise, the first accusation came from them in March 2023, but let's dig into the justice system. 

As we know Nicolas has been claiming so much, sending emails since 2019, and presenting documents at the Justice system in person, and his claims were viewed in all the possible layers of the justice system pyramid until the Court.

Even so, the maximum authority at justice system dismissed Nicolas' claims. Nicolas sent this last letter you are able to download for free on his LinkedIn profile . Nicolas Sourivongxay didn't reach the final level of that widow. Judges, prosecutors, and the maximum authorities at Justice System still remain in silence, and they dismissed all Nicolas' claims.  If Nicolas gets upset, the justice system react in bad manner against Nicolas.

The Argentine Caucus Debate

Just a few days for the official presidential election in Argentina that will be on October 22nd, 2023, candidates celebrated the Caucus Debate.

This type of format to collect information for the vote is good to clarify ideas and concepts from political parties and candidates however, due to the no simplicity in ideologies and lack of time to express everything, the caucus turns a little not satisfying what the viewers want to watch. 


Javier Milei/Patricia Bullrich/Juan Schiaretti/Sergio Massa/Miriam Bregman

Moreover, there is no a perfect candidate with full ideologies aligned to voters. The Congress is a half of the cake but not the full cake. In that cake, political parties own pieces but never the full half cake unless it is a dictatorship. Politicians work together with their interests to take advantage by eating more pieces of that cake. 

The media is giving their opinions by saying who the winner of the 2nd Caucus was.

For IProfesional the winner was Patricia Bullrich

For Âmbito the winner was Sergio Massa for putting him first in the article.

For CNN Español there is no winner

For Clarín the winner is not said but they remarked the víctory of the primary election of Javier Milei and they say surveys are giving him the víctory in the upcoming final election. 

For Todo Notícias, according to a live survey at the moment of the debate the results were as follows: 

Javier Milei: 41%

Juan Schiaretti: 37%

Sergio Massa: 14%

Patricia Bullrich: 7%

Myriam Bregman: 1%

For France 24 , the winner is Javier Milei followed by Sergio Massa, and the third place for Patricia Bullrich

Ethnic Justice and Nicolas Sourivongxay decided to get into the game. It's a game because the results of the surveys, the results of the elections, or the results of the upcoming election not necessary is aligned to the opinions of experts by analizing the caucus. In addition, the caucus gives a limit information in a short period of time, and there is not perfect candidate as aforesaid in this article. And the current government of the President Alberto Fernández Is being judged. 

1er Round of the Debate

Economy/Education/Human Rights & Democratic Coexistence 

Economy: Even Argentinians already know what the government of Mauricio Macri did between 2015-2019, it was not worse than the current economy of the government of Alberto Fernández due to statistics that cause damage to the Argentine economy and the future obligations. It was a challenge presidency for President Alberto Fernández related to Pandemic and Drought. And Javier Milei said he will end up inflation by dollarizing the economy that means loosing nationalism, it's an extreme ideology in economy. Juan Schiaretti showed himself centralized without taking risks. 

The winners: Patricia Bullrich followed by Juan Schiaretti. 

Education: It's controversial the risk of children taking guns like in the United States of America, but the vouchers for students to choose universities no matter if they are in private or in public sector look good at a glance (Javier Milei). Juan Schiaretti showed itself centralized. And Patricia Bullrich asked for equilibrium in educational government expenditure towards private sector. 

The Winner is: Juan Schiaretti followed by Patricia Bullrich.

Human Rights & Democratic Coexistence: Once again, Juan Schiaretti showed himself centralized in this issue. Javier Milei said truths bravely. In the current government Human Rights & Democratic Coexistence has been an inferno for Nicolas Sourivongxay. 

The Winner is: Juan Schiaretti followed by Javier Milei. 

2nd and Final Round of the Debate


Security/Work and Industry/Human Development, Housing, Environment 

Security: Patricia Bullrich argued excess in control and coercion and admitted Cyberespionage for protection even it is a practice very common not exclusive of her political party. All political parties do cyberespionage like civil people do. In Argentina, security it's upsidedown and the Justice System doesn't help. The right party is necessary these days for justice but for order more than ever. The Police force is a mess, you can't trust police officers. Sergio Massa showed technology in security concerns that gave him one point. Even Security is solved, without Justice System it means nothing. 

The winner is: Javier Milei followed by Patricia Bullrich then followed by Sergio Massa, after that Juan Schiaretti. 

Work and Industry: The economy needs the help of the private sector. There is a fight between the public sector against the private sector that gives the result of high inflation. It's not easy to find a candidate from both sides. 

The winner is: Javier Milei followed by Patricia Bullrich 

Human development, housing, environment: We have to separate each one by giving the winner. 

Human development: The winner is Juan Schiaretti

Housing: The winner is Patricia Bullrich followed by Sergio Massa. 

Environment: The winner is Miriam Bergman.

Water From the Wells of Salvation

CASE SOLVED 💦

This article is related to the last article written about Water called 'Transition 2023: Water v. Energy'

John 7:38 'Whoever believes in me, as Scripture has said, rivers of living water will flow from within them.' The Holy Bible.

In that last article, Nicolas Sourivongxay's house had a problem with water and he remarked December 2022, the month when the problem started, January 2023 when it was fixed, and July 2023 when the same problem started again.

No money from the Argentine State, no institutions helped Nicolas despite of his claims, no governments interviened helping him, no political parties.  

Nicolas Sourivongxay received charity from the United States to solve this issue that has to do with a vital and an important element for life, the water. This is not the first time. To solve the case in January 2023, Nicolas also received help in that time from The United States of America.

And the result was positive. It was fixed  again on October 3rd, 2023. And he paid almost u$s 400.- American dollars ($1 American Dollar = $350.02 Argentine pesos) (Current currency from Google Search)

Imagine other people with economic disadvantage with no grace of God received from people in the United States of America. In the neighborhood, he was the only one with problems with the underground water reservoir. 

That's much more money than the minimum pension a retired person receives in Argentina including with the extra bonuses. That's impossible to pay for that type of arrangement for a retired person in Argentina. An extra help is required and it should be mandatory.  


For you as readers, believe it or not, there is provement of payment however, that is preserved to protect workers.

Let's remember the fight of Nicolas Sourivongxay against those who take the water from his house. This article is related to The Fountain of Water

December 2022///January 2023///July 2023

The problem with lack of water from the underground water reservoir started in December 2022. Nicolas changed the water pump machine that extracts water but, the same problem returned a month later. In January 2023, it was fixed again spending a lot of money. In July 2023, the same problem started again when workers of Municipality of Esteban Echeverría and Aysa(Company that provides water and sewers)  starting working one block from Nicolas' house. Aysa only provides sewers to Nicolas' house but not clean water, they told Nicolas his water is contaminated but, the municipality would say it's not even so, drinking water is a risk.

His neighbors don't have that problem, the problem exists only at Nicolas' house.

This year in Early year, drought appeared in the news strongly. It is due to the climate phenomenon called 'La Niña' related to high temperature. The President Alberto Fernández said there was a similar big problem in the year 1929. Fortunately, it finished in March 2023..
If this problem ended up then why is the Municipality of Esteban Echeverría sharing this video about droughts in Monte Grande, Esteban Echeverría District, Buenos Aires Province, Argentina? 



This was used for Election Campaign for October 22nd, 2023 among issues about Security in Esteban Echeverría. Political Party belongs to the current government of the President Alberto Fernández. The Mayor is called Fernando Gray.

Fixing the water issues cost a lot of money $. 

Uruguay: Lack of Water

Before Nicolas went to Uruguay to seek Asylum, the Argentine media started spreading the news about lack of water in that country. 
Nicolas went to Uruguay in July 2023 and he had no problems with water at the Hostel. One day, he noted that pipeworks in one street got broken so water was all over the street. Rapidly, the government fixed it in less than thirty minutes. 
Nicolas returned to Argentina at the end of July due to problems of housing in Montevideo, Uruguay while asking for Asylum to get a Refugee Status. 

The emergency of water problems ended up in August 2023 in Uruguay. 



ENERGY: Transition 2019 V. Transition 2023

Problems with prices at bills and outages were used to change the election in 2019. Fortunately, outages stopped around March 2023 and that's positive for consumers. 


However, there was a problem with the last bill before the presidential election in 2023. The first date for retired people of IPS (Institute of Social Security) to receive the pension is the before last working day for the first group of retired people and the last day for the second group so, they are September 29 and September 30. 
In September, the company EDESUR couldn't resist the temptation to hurt people. The first date of overdue was September 26, so that's impossible to pay that bill for retired people. When Nicolas paid the bill of Energy of his father's house, he paid the second price.

International Day of Peace 2023

September 21st, The United Nations chooses a theme to be focused. This year that theme is "Actions for Peace: Ambitions for the #GlobalGoals "

Message of the United Nations Secretary Antônio Guterres for World Peace Day 

We can get involved with actions for a Healthy Planet, for a Better Economy, for a Just Society, for a World Working Together for the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. 


These are the goals Nicolas Sourivongxay has been working for. With most of them, Nicolas felt ideologically manipulated in the field. Beyond those selected, others are Gender Equality (SDG number 5) or Reduce inequalities (SDG number 10) when Women grew up economically more than Nicolas in Buenos Aires while they were doing Cyberespionage. Nicolas never was interested in the situation of women even so, Nicolas was part of a political, economic, and social experiment that is against the Article 7 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights

"No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. In particular, no one shall be subjected without his free consent to medical or scientific experimentation."

The market left Nicolas without a dependent job for ten years since September 2013 complying the ten years required to be considered ostracism while Nicolas was fighting for SDG number 8

Nicolas tweeted many times the outages was a political and human problem for Political campaign. Nicolas used the promotion of clean energy to try to convince the enemy to stop the outages. Outages were also used to do experiments like Milgram Experiment and for judgment and Cyberespionage without a trial against article Number 10 of Human Rights "Right to a fair trial".
